We visited as a group of two families. All meals were very good (except for he pasta with herbs and garlic, which consisted of loads of raw garlic and was sitting in 3 cm of oil). Unusual to get vegetables with a meal in Austria, and not just chips or potatoes! Well done! Very good deserts. Nice, modern interior (not what the photos in this posting show). The only thing that left us nervous was the complete lack of interest in seeing any COVID-passes from us at all. Hopefully this was just an oversight? And the fact that the children’s meal was only Euro 1.50 less than the same adult meal, despite bing half the size.

Wir fahren seit 15 Jahren in dieses Hotel, ab jetzt NIE MEHR! Stimmte früher das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in einem Familienhotel, ist die Leistung seit der Übernahme durch neue Betreiber unterirdisch. Eine Zimmerreinigung erfolgte in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nie, Handtücher wurden nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage gewechselt, der Abfluss im Bad war erst verstopft, nach Beseitigung stank es bestialisch. Keine Ansprechpartner mehr vor Ort! Das Frühstück mangelhaft und von minderer Qualität! Wir hatten im Vorjahresvergleich eine Preiserhöhung von über 25% hingenommen, doch sank das Niveau in das Negative! Eine Warnung an alle Interessierten: Meidet das Hotel, die guten Bewertungen oben sind wohl fake! Auf Befragen anderer Hotelgäste wurden unsere Eindrücke durchweg bestätigt!

Wir wollten ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Region verbringen, sind dann aber nach der 1. Nacht in ein anderes Hotel übersiedelt. Das Zimmer Nr. 18 war sehr finster, mit Aussicht in eine Nebengasse mit Mistkübeln, und die Lüftung vom danebenliegenden Lokal direkt neben unserem Fenster. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war ok, leider Teppichboden... das Bad war leider sehr alt, WC viel zu eng und Fliesen teilweise abgeschlagen. Das Frühstück kann wiederum als gut bezeichnet werden, auch das Restaurant war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, leider war es geschlossen, somit können wir keine Aussage zur Qualität der Speisen abgeben. Aber wir werden dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Es war eine riesige Enttäuschung! Das Hotel, dass wir seit Jahren im Winter besuchten, wurde im Sommer verkauft. Aus einem freundlichen Familienhotel mit sehr gutem Essen wurde ein 0815-Hotel mit grenzwertigem, an einem Abend sogar ungenießbarem, Essen. Und das alles zu einem beträchtlich höheren Preis als zuvor. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Doch: ein erbärmliches WLAN, wirklich erbärmlich, gibt‘s auch noch. Und wenn eine der Rezeptionistinnen nicht Deutsch spricht, halte ich das auch für ein Problem.

Das Hotel war toll, da das Hotel im Zentrum liegt war es wirklich nachts sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Frühstück super. Restaurant auch empfehlenswert. Personal sehr freundlich. Konnten uns übers Hotel Ebikes ausleihen. Ansonsten alles super
