Big room with balcony. The room and bathroom were recently renovated. The restaurant was a nice surprise - always good food (our packet had breakfast and diner included). For dinner always 3 options as main dish. Friendly employees too. Big park place.

We were guests in the annex, room 509, from March 12th to 17th. We paid a surcharge of 150 euros for the 5 days for this supposedly deluxe double room. The bathroom was definitely not deluxe, measuring around 1.8 x 1.5 meters and with a 50 cm wide sink. There was only hot water on 2 days, on the 3rd day it was only lukewarm and the last two days it was only cold. No response to our complaint. The hotel offers half board plus, dinner consisted of pizza or pasta every day, main courses with meat or fish were charged at an extra 8 or 10 euros. We also reported our complaint to the tour operator in writing, whereupon we received a voucher for 20 euros.

Unfriendly staff, no friendliness towards guests... Rooms were OK, but the hotel facilities per se are very old. Bowling alley basically unusable (flashback to the eighties... horrible). The food was so-so. Only filter coffee (other coffee products have to be paid for and are brought to the table without enthusiasm)... I missed the warmth. The lady at the reception was listless and unfriendly, didn't know her way around the hotel.

If you take advantage of such a cheap offer, you can't expect a 4-star hotel! A friend and I decided to stay for 3 nights with half board and were completely satisfied! Our rooms were clean, the shower was great. We used the sauna and the indoor pool. Now in April there was always enough space there and in the restaurant. We enjoyed the large selection for breakfast, the midday snack and the warm evening meal with a large salad bar. It was particularly positive to see that a lot of emphasis is placed on waste avoidance and sustainability. In wonderful spring weather, we were able to walk in the spa gardens and the old town, visit Weikersheim Castle and hike to the Neuhaus castle ruins. We felt very comfortable!

Das Essen im Restaurant ist Hervorragend. Ich hatte Hähnchenkeule mit Reis und Bechamelsauce. Wunderbar. Auch das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind super und auch teilweise renoviert. An manchen Ecken könnte es etwas sauberer sein, alles in allem kann man aber nicht meckern. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von den vielen schlechten Bewertungen hier, allerdings glaube ich, dass alle die hier eine schlechte Bewertung dalassen nicht die richtige Zielgruppe von diesem Hotel sind. Das Nachhaltigkeitskonzept ist super und Mega durchdacht, nur leider wollen die Gäste die in das Hotel gehen nur billig billig billig und möglichst viel Inklusivleistungen. Und dafür dann am besten nichts bezahlen….. Das ist fast schon eine Frechheit. Aber gut. Ich fande das Hotel super und würde es jedem weiterempfehlen. Tip von mir. Lasst euch nicht von den Bewertungen abschrecken und bildet euch eure eigene Meinung.

Sehr angenehmes und erholsames hotel, lecker s Essen,nettes PERSONAL,Aktivitäten in der nähe sind gut zu erreichen ,zimmer sind sehr sauber,werden gerne im Sommer wieder kommen. Eine Reise dort hin ist es wert,sehr zu empfehlen. 🍸🥂🎂👍
