I liked location. I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and the trash to be taken out. During our stay, 6 noghts they did not clean the bathroom once, changed sheets or vacuumed at all.

Big room with balcony. The room and bathroom were recently renovated. The restaurant was a nice surprise - always good food (our packet had breakfast and diner included). For dinner always 3 options as main dish. Friendly employees too. Big park place.

We were guests in the annex, room 509, from March 12th to 17th. We paid a surcharge of 150 euros for the 5 days for this supposedly deluxe double room. The bathroom was definitely not deluxe, measuring around 1.8 x 1.5 meters and with a 50 cm wide sink. There was only hot water on 2 days, on the 3rd day it was only lukewarm and the last two days it was only cold. No response to our complaint. The hotel offers half board plus, dinner consisted of pizza or pasta every day, main courses with meat or fish were charged at an extra 8 or 10 euros. We also reported our complaint to the tour operator in writing, whereupon we received a voucher for 20 euros.

Well-run hotel with a wide range of excursions and sports on offer. The wellness area in the hotel is satisfactory. Rooms and service are fine. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful. Many discounts with the spa card.

Unfriendly staff, no friendliness towards guests... Rooms were OK, but the hotel facilities per se are very old. Bowling alley basically unusable (flashback to the eighties... horrible). The food was so-so. Only filter coffee (other coffee products have to be paid for and are brought to the table without enthusiasm)... I missed the warmth. The lady at the reception was listless and unfriendly, didn't know her way around the hotel.

If you take advantage of such a cheap offer, you can't expect a 4-star hotel! A friend and I decided to stay for 3 nights with half board and were completely satisfied! Our rooms were clean, the shower was great. We used the sauna and the indoor pool. Now in April there was always enough space there and in the restaurant. We enjoyed the large selection for breakfast, the midday snack and the warm evening meal with a large salad bar. It was particularly positive to see that a lot of emphasis is placed on waste avoidance and sustainability. In wonderful spring weather, we were able to walk in the spa gardens and the old town, visit Weikersheim Castle and hike to the Neuhaus castle ruins. We felt very comfortable!

Absolut kein zweites Mal. Der Horror fing schon beim Einkauf an, hatten uns vorher über Internet eingescheckt ,mussten trotzdem warten weil das Gerät immer abviel.Sehr viele vor uns. Das Zimmer war Ok, das Bad neu renoviert. Die Bettwäsche sah nicht einladend aus.Das Frühstück aus Discounter Wurst, die Brötchen waren in Ordnung. Das Abendessen ,jeden Tag Pizza 🍕 zwei Sorten, dazu Salate die nicht einladend aussahen. Das Essen was man auszahlen musste ( Hirschgulasch) geschmacklos .Die Möbel im Garten nicht gereinigt, daneben Minigolf, das von Gras überwuchert war.Das Positive war die schöne Aussicht. Billard konnte man nich spielen, weit beide Tischplatten kaputt waren. Der Liege Garten vom Hallenbad ungepflegt. Das Auschecken ging am schnellsten. Preis Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es gab viele Freizeitakivitäten, z.B. Innenpool, Billard, Tischkicker, Minigolf, etc. Nettes Personal, schöne Location und gutes Essen. Kommen gerne wieder!
