Eine vor 4 Monaten schriftlich festgehaltene und bestätigte Buchung der Ferienwohnung in der "Kapelle" wird knapp zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt per e-mail wegen Überbuchung von den Inhabern storniert. Eine Erklärung für die Überbuchung hat es auch nach expliziter Nachfrage am Telefon nicht gegeben. Das Ersatzangebot (Juniorsuite mit Frühstück) war wegen der fehlenden Kochmöglichkeit keine Alternative für uns. Dass der Inhaber sich erst nach intensivem Protest dazu bemüht hat, bei einem anderen Gastgeber eine vergleichbare Ferienwohnung zu suchen, macht den einseitigen Vertragsbruch auch nicht besser. Für uns nie wieder.
