Eden Hotel

We were at the Hotel Eden for an extended wellness weekend. Our stay at the hotel was simply outstanding. We felt in very good hands from start to finish. The location directly opposite the thermal baths is undoubtedly a big plus. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the excellent service. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and always ready to fulfill our wishes. The employees and the owner family made us feel particularly welcome, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel as a whole exuded a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The peace and relaxation we experienced here were simply incomparable. We were also able to enjoy massages from the extremely competent in-house masseuse in the form of a Dorn-Breuss massage and a foot reflexology massage. We were absolutely delighted with the results. A real highlight. We would like to thank the staff and the owners for this wonderful experience. Our stay at the Hotel Eden in Bad Krozingen was simply perfect, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. A hotel that is highly recommended in every respect.

Hotel located just opposite the Vita Classica thermal baths. Perfect welcome, a small cocktail is offered to you upon your arrival. The rooms are spacious (small kitchenette in our case) very quiet. A little note for you when you arrive in your room, some trout and a drink. The staff is very friendly and at your service. We will return without hesitation!

Same as the other positive reviews, we will return and recommend. You can feel the family hotel in the details. The ladies at the service, reception and restaurant, are great. The Management allowed us to make an arrangement regarding the rooms, we had never experienced a service of this style or only in 4 or 5* hotels. At the very least we would say: overloaded decor in the reception hall, visually unappealing reception desk and an absolutely inadequate chef in the restaurant.

Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Bad Krozingen und sind auch immer im „Eden“ essen gegangen, weil es da immer sehr gut war und auch das Ambiente stimmt. Heute kehrten wir am Mittag eher spontan ein und bestellten zwei Menü, Teller Spaghetti mit Thon und einen Salat. Zwei unterschiedliche Service-Angestellte bedienten uns, eine mit mässigen Deutschkenntnissen. Sie kamen zweimal vorbei um sich noch einmal zu vergewissern, was wir bestellt haben, zum Glück, beide Male wäre es falsch gekommen. Dann, nach 15 Minuten kam ‚ein Gruss aus der Küche‘, die Getränke liessen noch auf sich warten. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kam der Salat. 45 Minuten nach Bestellung habe ich dann nachgefragt, ob es ein Problem in der Küche gäbe, was verneint wurde. Nach 55 Minuten waren wir dann entschlossen, das Lokal zu verlassen, da kam der Chef mit unseren Spaghetti an den Tisch. Ich sprach auch ihn an und sagte, dass wir eigentlich jetzt gehen wollten, er reagierte etwas genervt und fand meine Reklamation wohl unangebracht. Das Restaurant war zu etwa 25% belegt, also kein Ausnahmezustand. Die Spaghetti waren übrigens nicht gut, ich habe probiert und alles stehen lassen. Schade, ein guter Unternehmer könnte auch anders reagieren, wir werden die Lokalität nicht mehr besuchen, trotz der schönen Gartenterrasse und dass wir bis heute eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden waren.

Familiär und sehr professionell geführtes Hotel, zuvorkommende Bedienung, wunderbar kreative Küche , spürbare Präsenz der Familie Huber, absolut empfehlenswert! und der Gratis-Zugang zu dem tollen Thermalbad ist einfach nur super. Wir kommen gerne wieder durchs Jahr - versprochen!
