Nice, clean, tidy, friendly staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast…….I could go on. Only here for one night but no complaint at all. Waking distance to town for shops and something to eat. Also opposite a great park for a walk around. Only here for one night so everything as expected. No complaints at all. Breakfast was a full buffet, cooked , continental, fresh fruit….. Will be back soon.

Absolutely an excellent hotel to stay at Sympathies Hotel in Bad Kreuznach, very nice and friendly staff, wonderful and excellent food variety and with nice flavor. the bed is very comfortable and love the fresh air here. Bad Kreuznach属于疗养城市，该市桑拿中心有11个不同风格的桑拿，在德国非常有名。而此地最著名的就是露天空气疗养地, 这种海滨空气对花粉过敏或哮喘病患者有积极作用，细微的盐分有化痰、净化呼吸道细菌等功效，因此很多医生会建议病患来这里长期疗养。建议到法兰克福旅游的可以来到这个小镇👍👍👍

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is reasonably priced and secure, our room was lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. You even get 2 hours free use of the thermal baths, which our 1 year old son adored. We have travelled quite extensively around Europe and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Will definitely be back!

Das Fürstenhof Symathie Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bad Kreuznach. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit integriertem Bad im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Personal sehr freundlich unz zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend, wo jeder was finden sollte

Wir haben ein WE mit Freunden hier verbracht. Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Nespresso Maschine war toll und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse und der Service top. Das Hotel liegt gut, sodass man alles fußläufig erkunden kann. Wir haben sogar einen abschliessbaren Raum für unsere Bikes bekommen. Der einzig Negative ist der Service im Barbereich. Am 1. Abend nur abgespeckte Auswahl und am 2. Abend war gar niemand da, der Getränke ausschenken konnte. Das geht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel gar nicht.. .....Schade

C’est un grand bien rénové situé en face des Thermes CRUCENIA CHAMBRE DOUBLE CLASSIQUE Les chambres doubles spacieuses, 28 m² sont bien aménagées, dont certaines sont avec balcons. Notre chambre n° 310, sans balcon, donne côté rue (opposé au côté parking) mais se trouve à l’ombre toute la journée. La salle de douche avec WC inclus est par contre petite et manque d'étagères permettant de poser ses affaires. Cette salle de douche n’a pas de radiateur mais un chauffage d’appoint en hauteur au-dessus de la porte d’entrée et qui ne chauffe que votre tête. La porte de cette salle d’eau est en verre pas très opaque et ne permet aucune intimité, y compris assis sur le WC. L'éclairage de cette salle d’eau est très faible. LITERIE: Matelas trop mou avec une alèse en plastique. PETIT DÉJEUNER: Très satisfaisant et de bonne qualité mais à ne pas comparer avec notre petit déjeuner français, essentiellement “sucré”. Il faudra vous contenter de quelques céréales, croissants et brownies et confitures. Les jus de fruit (orange ou multifruit) sont de type industriel mais il y a un bon choix de fruits frais et épluchés. Vous êtes en Allemagne et donc la très grande majorité du buffet est anglo-saxon, c'est-à-dire ingrédients servis chauds et salés de type: Œufs, omelettes, jambon fumé, bacon, saucisses, saumons fumés, champignons chauds etc… PRIX: Le prix d’entrée aux thermes CRUCENIA est compris dans le prix de la chambre classique et premium (175€) et l'hôtel fournit le peignoir. Le parking est payant plafonné à 10 € par jour. Pour ce prix, une seule bouteille d’eau et une seule dosette de café est fournie par chambre et par séjour. Même sur demande à la réception, il est impossible de remplacer la dosette de café par une dosette de thé.

Sehr gutes im Bäderviertel gelegenes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Geräumige ruhige Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet ganz toll, Dinnerbuffet nicht so nach unserem Geschmack. Massagen bei Herrn Heiko Bügus sehr zu empfehlen.

Als ich ankam, war ich etwas irritiert. Das Zimmer war definitiv nicht gestaubsaugt worden und an der Scheibe war ein fettiger Stirnabdruck. Allerdings hat ein Anruf bei der Rezeption Abhilfe geschaffen in Form eines größeren und dafür sauberen Zimmers, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden war. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, dass wirklich die vier Sterne verdient. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt im Hotel empfehlen.
