This is school example how to run a hotel, all the hotels in the world should learn how to run hotels from this example. There is no reason to say something negative about this hotel, the staff, the food, the spa… Also is very near to the ski area.

It's been years since we last visited Die Post (2005) as it's not an easy journey from UK. However, the hotel is still as good as it was then. Our room was welcoming, clean and spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable 😊. The staff in all areas were attentive but not intrusive. Austrian half board is almost all the food you need for a day - an extensive choice for breakfast, light meal of pasta and / or salad available at lunchtime, afternoon cakes 😋 and 4 or 5 course meal in the evening! The spa areas on offer are brilliant. This is the largest massage jet pool I've ever used! We used the floatation pool, steam room and indoor sauna (plus massage pool) on a daily basis and felt better for it. All in all, a very enjoyable visit - I just wish it was easier to reach!

The family ran hotel is very well organised, clean and with very helpful and kind staff (special thanx to the waiter Miloš). The hotel offers all the amenities a guest might need: indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, spa, tennis,.. The food is delicious and very varied. Die Post is located near the cable car and is a good starting point for the skiers in winter and hikers and mountain bikers in other seasons. Thanx again, we will be happy to return!

Great, as always!
Back to this hotel after 16 years, and it’s as great as it was. We used to be regular visitors before the 15-years break. Staff is super friendly, spa area has been remodeled recently and always impeccable. Food is great! We’ll be back more regularly, like we used to.

We spent a week in the new rooms. We visit this hotel for the third time. The room is very bright and as always very clean with a nice view to the hotel pool and ski slope. All the meals in the hotel were great. The buffet breakfast is bountiful and served until 10.45. All the staff in the hotel was very attentive and kind. We would like to thank Rosy at the reception as she kindly assisted us in finding the nearest shop for a camera for our IT needs (computer). In the dining room we were always well assisted by Hanna. The ski area is only 3 min walk from the hotel and there is a free depot for skies for the hotel guest at the ski piste. For ski courses we recomend the ski school Brunner, near the hotel. Our ski instructor at the school was Misha one of the best instructors we have ever meet. Definitely we will be back.

Charming Christmas
It is a fantastic hotel with extremely pleasent stuff. There were some minor things to complain - like there is no kettle in the apartment to make tee or coffee. It is winter time, everyone likes tee or coffee after skiing. Also, hot tub is bad. This is also something that you would enjoy after skiing.
But, everything else was great, it was Christmas amd and very charming

Questo tradizionale hotel termale austriaco è posizionato magnificamente tra le Terme Romerbad e le piste da sci. Tutto intorno ci sono spazi per escursioni a piedi, ciclabili e percorsi per MTB La hall e le stanze sono eleganti e arredate con gusto, le terme interne sono piccole ma sufficientemente attrezzate e ben organizzate. L'offerta culinaria, che spazia dalla colazione alla cena, è di ottima qualità e molto ben presentata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è positivo se consideriamo che l'offerta del Die Post è paragonabile ad una "pensione completa". Addirittura superfluo sottolineare che l'igiene di tutto il complesso e la cura di ogni particolare sono una delle specificità del posto, mentre la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale sono alla base di questa proposta alberghiera. Io e mia moglie, ogni tanto, ci regaliamo un soggiorno in questo albergo per farci coccolare e per recuperare le energie, in questi luoghi di pace e benessere.

Schade, dass es hier keine E-Ladestation gibt. Für E-Autofahrer daher das Hotel nicht geeignet. Die Rezeptionistin auch nicht gerade bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Schade, anscheinend braucht das Hotel keine E-Autofahrer als Gäste.
