Beautiful hotel with panoramic views in a quiet part of the village, close to the lift, but away from the crowds. Spacious rooms/apartments and good restaurant -- a true find!

- Rooms - dirty & stinky - Equipment ＞40 years old, worn out - Room temperature cannot be controlled - either freezing cold or boiling hot (ancient temperature control) - Freezing cold in the restaurant, lobby and stairwell By no means a 4* hotel. Even 1* is too much!

A very nice small and cosy hotel, run by a family. We were very satisfied with the rich breakfast and the "haute cuisine" dinner. But there is strange policy that the coffee is not included in the price of the breakfast. Also, the coffee should be of better quality, it is far from "Italian". Ski shuttle service is excellent. The heating in the hotel is a problem, it was cold everywhere. Double bed is quite small, probably it is only 160cm wide.

We had a lovely week in this hotel. Last year we also stayed here so there were a few things to compare. Last year we stayed with 4 of us in a family room with sofabed for the children, which they found not so comfortable so this year we payed extra for a larger room with seperate bedroom we thought. Upon arrival we discovered that there was indeed a seperate bedroom but the children were still on a sofabed so we didn 't have any sitting area since the couch was turned into a bed. Also our bathroom was a third of the size of our bathroom last year. So for higher price we actually got less then last year. Our friends who payed the same amount as us did receive two fully seperated rooms with bathrooms. Parents and children both had comfortable beds and spacious rooms so I think we just were not so lucky with the roomchoice for our family. After re-arranging some of the furniture we decided to enjoy our stay and not be worried about this. Last year there were some issues with the restaurant. The hotel was so full that it was difficult for the kitchen to handle the amount of orders which caused sometimes long waiting times. This year there were clearly less guests so also the waiting times were much better. Unfortunately the quality of the food was also not so good as last year. Whereas last year the food was served in a very refined way, this year the presentation lacked that finesse. By the end of the week we thought the food was better than in the beginning of the week. We did LOVE the salad bar and also the breakfast was amazing! Vegetarian options for some of our group were very limited though. Overall we did enjoy our stay but there is room for some improvement, especially in the food in the evening and comparing this to last year it was really a big difference which we didn 't understand. Cleanliness, service, location however are extremely good so overall we had a great week!
