The staff were friendly and the facilities were incredibly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. It’s a great value!

We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.

The positive first: very friendly service and everything is fairly new. The bar is also very good with a top bartender. There is also an underground car park for a fair €8 per night - but with relatively limited spaces.
Unfortunately, the furnishings in the rooms seem cheap. The pillows and duvets in particular are of poor quality. The room also lacks a safe and the usual bottle of water and glasses.

Modern beautiful hotel in the center of Bad Kissingen. Excellent price-quality ratio, very friendly staff, good staff, nice rooms. The only downside is that the room remains very warm, despite the radiator being off and the windows partly open. Parking under the hotel was also available.

The hotel itself was very nice.
The telephone contact was also pleasant, as long as you keep an eye on the opening times.
Unfortunately we couldn't eat anything in the hotel, as the kitchen is closed on public holidays, but this was not clear from the opening times.
We wanted to check out very early, so I called the hotel to ask how that worked, as the reception was closed. I was put through to another hotel on the phone and was told that I just had to leave the cards in the room and everything would be fine.
Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I got a call saying that I still had to pay the tourist tax and that I should also sign for it.
Well, now there's probably a bill coming.
Perhaps they should inform guests beforehand and ask them when they are leaving. Then they could sort it out in advance.
Unfortunately the hotel is also quite noisy.
The bed is good.
