Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.

5 mins walk from bad ischl station. Has nearby eateries, convienience store with nice scenery. Various breakfast options.

I have asked tripcom to confirm that your hotel has received the advance payment of 699.13 euros. My bank also has transaction records. It is undeniable that you did swipe twice and your transaction did not, but this fee should not be borne by me. Your hotel inexplicably charged double fees and did not admit it. I have repeatedly confirmed with tripcom and the bank, and have already investigated the transaction and the team.

No respect to Asian we feel. Very bad service and not supportive to guest, I said “ can you respect your guest? I really feel piss off!
Surprise everything need to come to reception to pick, like kettle. Seem they don’t provide any service for you. Also the room very cold during the winter time, bad facility and I won’t suggest anyone to stay here. Terrible experience!

After arriving at the hotel, we paid to upgrade to a river view room. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us several room cards for us to choose a room. We also went to see the super comfortable double room we originally chose. To be honest, it didn't look very comfortable and was quite cramped. The upgraded corner window was so worth it. In addition, room 401 should have been newly renovated. The cabinet smelled like wood. If you mind, be careful to choose this room.
