It was most beautiful new year stay with family Norica hotel. The owners, staff and all the team are so kind, attentive and hospitable. You really feel like at the family place. Amazing spa complex is easy to reach in your bath robe and if you do not want to go to the big spa complex you can easily stay at the home spa, which is great, new and comfortable. We were mixing both spas. Rooms are really clean, stylish, and very comfortable. For last 3 nights we were lucky to use Sky Lux, it was absolutely unforgetable, you really sleep in nature, under the stars. And you feel like a star. Or you take a bath near the window screen from floor to ceiling. As per food - it is very good, natural, every day you have wonderful breakfast, which includes really everything. They cook individually your eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, all is so fresh and nice smelling! Variety is really wide and nothing finishes, whenever you come to your breakfast. During the day you have also a kind of lunch, included in to your room price, which has always a soup, hot meal and a choice of deserts. And of course, amazing dinner in the end of your day! We strongly recommend this hotel and are planing to come again soon.

Lovely spa but the €77 facial was appallingly bad! I have never had such a bad facial before and had to wash my face afterwards. Stick to the steam rooms etc. The saunas and steam rooms and relaxation rooms are good.

Stayed there for ten days. Experience was almost perfect. Beautiful rooms, very good service, excellent spa, Alpentherme is a large and modern facility with plenty of opportunities to relax. Funicular is a 15mins walk away. Not the cheapest hotel in Gastein, but I found it worth it.

I booked by phone and no deposit or anything was required. We were warmly welcomed and we were able to change the half-board to breakfast without any problems. The discount is EUR 15 per person. The employees seem motivated and are more than friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony (room 203) was nice and spacious. Fridge in the room and safe are included. Admission to the thermal baths in Bad Hofgastein was included on the day of arrival and included on the day of departure until 11 a.m. From then on, a surcharge of EUR 23 per person is due. We took advantage of this and were able to use the room longer (without extra charge!) on the day of departure... simply perfect service! All in all, it's not cheap, but it's very well located and the service is perfect!! Hence my 100% recommendation!!!!!

Very family friendly. We went there with our grandparents and our 3 children. Beautiful, pleasant rooms, exactly the 4S stars. Very good and high quality food. Friendly staff. Everything you would expect from a hotel of this class was fulfilled perfectly. Direct access to the thermal baths, bathrobe with bag was also very practical.

Wir waren zuletzt vor 10 Jahren hier. Wir hatten das Hotel als ausgezeichnet in Erinnerung. Umso enttäuschender war unser Aufenthalt dieses mal. Als wir angekommen sind, fanden wir für die Nachmittagsjause keinen einzigen sauberen Tisch vor. Als wir den Kellner fragten, wo wir sitzen können, zeigte er auf einen dreckigen Tisch, den er in weiterer Folge auch nicht säuberte. Am letzten Tag kamen wir zum Abendessen und plötzlich saß eine andere Familie an unserem Tisch. Wir fragten, wo wir sitzen dürften und mussten 50min warten. Wir zeigten uns anfangs geduldig, aber als wir nach 50min immer noch keinen Tisch hatten, wurden wir unfreundlicher. Wir bekamen sodann einen Tisch. Auf die Frage, wo wir dann morgen zum Frühstück sitzen dürften, wurde uns versichert, dass wir wieder unseren alten Tisch bekämen. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir dann erneut keinen Tisch… Unorganisiert wie ich es noch selten in einem Hotel erlebt habe und wir sind häufig am Weg. Das war das letzte mal für uns im Hotel Norica

Ich bin zufällig auf dieses Hotel gestoßen. Und was soll ich sagen, Jackpot! Die Lage direkt in der nähe eines Kleinen Marktplatzes. Die Zimmer sind tipptopp sauber. Ebenfalls das Bad. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar seinen Schinken kann man sich selbst schneiden. Es gab mittags einen warmen Imbiss, wo Suppe, Salat und sogar eine leckere Nachspeise dabei waren. Aber das Abendessen übertrifft alles! Man merkt es wird mit Liebe gekocht. Es war alles hervorragend. Vor allem das personal möchte ich dankend erwähnen. Ihr macht einen tollen Job. Von Rezeption bis Barkeeper oder Housekeeping. Es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Der gang zur Therme erfolgt unterirdisch, so das man mit Bademantel vom Zimmer in die Therme kann. Was ich als kleines Manko ansehe, es befindet sich zwar ein Wasserkocher und Tee im Zimmer, sowie ein Kühlschrank, aber als 4* Superior sollte es auch eine Kaffeemaschine geben. Eine Senseo würde da sicherlich reichen. ( meine Meinung) Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen.
