Overpriced for the standard you get. They receptionist did not speak english and you needed to take help with your phone to do google translate. Nice bed and standard rooms. Nothing special really. Good location and near-by to the city center.

Ein schönes, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, dass man über eine angrenzende Parkgarage erreichen kann. Diese ist preislich auch sehr empfehlenswert. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Was ich sehr schön fand, war, dass alle unsere gebuchten Zimmer nebeneinander waren. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und sind sehr ruhig. Den Aufzug kann man in die Zimmer nur mit der Zimmerkarte nutzen, was ich auch als großen Vorteil sehe. Das Frühstück bot genüge Auswahl und es wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass alles zu genüge da war und alles frisch aussah.

Wir waren anläßlich der Bad Hersfelder Festspiele für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Es liegt über einem Parkhaus, in dem man vergünstigt parken kann. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und die Zimmer sind relativ neu und ordentlich bzw. für den Zimmerpreis angemessen - auch, wenn das Bad sehr klein ist bzw. das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer. Leider konnten wir unser Zimmer wirklich erst um 15.00 Uhr beziehen - das war etwas schade. Der Herr vom Empfang war aber sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist eher schlicht, das Ambiente überschaubar, aber wenn man Preis/Leistung sieht, dann passt alles gut zusammen.

Wir waren mit 8 Frauen auf Radtour an der Fulda. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wenige Fußminuten vom historischen Zentrum. Das Haus ist etwas ungewöhnlich, im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Rezeption und Frühstücksraum, die Zimmer in der 3. Etage, dazwischen ist ein Parkhaus. Davon haben wir aber nichts mitbekommen, auch kein Lärm. Die Räder können im Keller (mit Aufzug!) gut untergebracht werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nach Rücksprache durften wir uns auch Brötchen für unterwegs vom Buffet nehmen. Alles in allem: eine prima Unterkunft! Gerne wieder!

Hatte in einem anderen Hotel gebucht und bin dann hier her umgebucht worden. Typisches "Kettenhotel", das jegliche Atmosphäre vermissen lässt. Das Frühstück ist einfach nur "Null acht Fünfzehn"; der Frühstücksraum wie eine Bahnhofshallte! Nee, hier würde ich nicht nochmal absteigen ...
