We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is huge, with gorgeous picturesque gardens. Our room was very clean and comfortable, although no tea/coffee facilities or mini fridge. Wifi worked well. It appears that it used to be a very opulent and upmarket hotel. However, the hotel is no longer staffed and all common areas are deserted. The hotel across the road is where you need to check in. I would definitely stay here again though.

Sauberes Hotel, hat etwas von einem Sanatorium. Sehr steril für ein 4-Sterne Hotel, keine gemütliche Lobby, Getränke nur aus dem Kühlschrank bei der Rezeption, somit nach 22 Uhr gibt's nichts. Kein Restaurant, Frühstück okay in einer Athmosphäre wie in einer Jugendherberge. Direkter Zugang zur Theme. Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr großzügige Zimmer, offenkundig eine umgebaute Klinik. Angenehm ruhige Lage im Kurpark. Therme direkt nebenan. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut & reichhaltig. Sehr schade dass es keine Minibar/Kühlschrank gibt.

Wir waren hier im Zusammenhang mit einem Besuch der Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ebenso wie das bad sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist recht groß und hat die etwas sterile Atmosphäre einer Kurklinik. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz am Haus, gutes Frühstück. Gehört zu mehreren Hotels einer ortsansässigen Familie, wie z.B. Hotel Stern und Hotel am Kurpark. Wichtig: Zumindest wenn man über *********** bucht, das Hotel liegt nicht wie angegeben an der Straße am Kurpark 10 sondern auf der anderen Seite des Kurparks in der Lutherstraße. Die Straßenbeleuchtung im Kurpark und um das Hotel ist nachts unzureichend.

Preislich überzogenes Hotel Garni. Baulich wohl aus einer Klinik entstanden. Nach Frühstück nichts erhältlich. In angrenzender Therme minimalistische Snacks an der Kasse mit Hinweis auf angrenzendes Hotel, im Hotel Hinweis auf Snacks der Therme🤦🏻♂️ Umliegend keine Restaurants. Stadtkern zu weit für Bewegungseingeschränkte bzw. Ältere. Wellnessbereich der angrenzenden Therme kleiner, als in manchen Hotels mit Mangel an Ruhezonen, Ablageflächen, Handtuchhaken, Sitzgelegenheiten. Thermalbecken nicht behindertengerecht nur über hüfthohe Treppe zugänglich, eher Spaßbad als ruhiges Bad & rel. klein mit begrenzter Liegenanzahl außen herum. Sonst aber alles vorbildlich barrierefrei.
