電梯好小，出電梯僅夠一個人出門，帶了2個行李的，門口已經沒地方站了。
房間很乾凈，就是卧室太小，洗手間倒是挺大鵝。
隔音很不好，夜深人靜的時候，隔壁一點動靜都聽的很清楚。夜晚警報還時常想起額，有點嚇人。

The food is delicious and regional based with a wide variety on the menu for ever taste. The service is a little slow and we did wait quite a bit for our drinks and a top up went unnoticed. However the dining experience and the food was great. They change the menu regularly so we will be back to give it another go

Very convenient for the Festspiele, in the centre of town, with its own car park. Our room on the second floor was comfortable and clean and the wi-fi worked well. However, if your mobility is limited you need to know that there are often long corridors, with various steps to watch out for. When the weather is suitable there is a lovely terrace where you can also eat. The food is good and there was a generous breakfast. There is a lot of Asian (Vietnam, Bali, etc.) service personnel who are as always efficient and very friendly.

Silvestergala 24/25 Ein groß angekündigter Tanzabend - ein totaler Reinfall. Der Alleinunterhalter hat den gesamten Abend geschmissen . Das Essen war prima - der Rest eine Frechheit. Selbst der Kellner konnte den Alleinunterhalter nicht ertragen. Von der Geschäftsleitung keine Unterstützung - hatte wohl besseres zu tun als sich um seine Galagäste zu kümmern. Eine kleine Entschädigung hätten wir mehr als angemessen gefunden - für den Anspruch des Hauses , ein Armutszeugnis. Wir waren im übrigen nicht alleine der Meinung- ein unmögliches Verhalten von zum Stern

Ein Mittagessen am Sonntag um 13.50h im Restaurant nicht mehr möglich. Sorry., unverständlich und als Auswärtiger Gast, der gezielt von der Autobahn abgefahren war, völlig inakzeptabel. Erfreulicherweise haben wir eine gute Alternative gefunden.

Meine Großfamilie kommt seit über 60 Jahren nach Bad Hersfeld zu den Festspielen - dieses Jahr das 50. Mal ins Hotel zum Stern mit 32 Personen. Die Enttäuschung der überwiegenden Mehrheit von uns war groß. Wir fanden, dass das Hotel zum Stern seinem eigenen Anspruch hinsichtlich gehobener Hotellerie und Gastronomie unter Betonung eines familiengeführten Hauses nicht mehr nachkommt, was wir sehr bedauern. Wir haben so viele schöne Erinnerungen an den Stern - vornehmlich aus den Zeiten unter dem ehemaligen Besitzerehepaar Kniese und wünschten uns das Persönliche zurück. Es ist uns bewusst, dass es in den Zeiten der Festspiele besonders stressig ist, allem und allen gerecht zu werden. Aber es können schon Kleinigkeiten sein, die einem Gast das Gefühl vermitteln, nicht lediglich eine x-beliebige Nummer in einem überforderten Betrieb zu sein.

Auf ein langes Wochenende in Bad Hersfeld. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Ein wunderbares Kleinod haben wir mitten in der Stadt gefunden. Das Hotel derSTERN ist ein wunderbares altes Haus mit neuen Nebengebäuden. Unser Zimmer lag Gott sei Dank im alten Haus. Es gibt im alten Haus wohl keine zwei gleichen Zimmer aber alle sind bestimmt wunderschön. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und der Hotelservice hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Frühstück und auch das gewählte Menu sind sehr gut gewesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und sprechen ganz klar eine herzliche Empfehlung aus.

Wir kommen gerade aus Bad Hersfeld zurück. Total enttäuscht vom Hotel Stern. 1. Das Zimmer 143 ist grosse Kamurke. Nach meiner Auffassung kein Hotelzimmer. Da wir schon mehrmals im Stern waren hatten wir an der Rezeption gebeten ein Zimmer mit geradem Fußboden zu bekommen. Was war? Schiefer Boden. (Ich bin 80 Jahre. 2. Das Festspielmenue eine grosse Katastrophe. Lieblose, in ein Glas gefüllte Vor- Speise nicht gut abgeschmeckt. Duroc Kotelett oder Rack sollte schon gebraten oder gegrillt sein damit man das leckere Fett auch essen kann. 3. Das Frühstück weniger als Standard. 4. Unsere Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie können froh sein so einen Mitarbeiter zu haben.
