Nous avions réservé une chambre ”Falkenstein” spécifiquement parce qu’elle devait être équipée d'une baignoire, critère essentiel dans notre choix. Quelle déception, à notre arrivée, de constater que la chambre n’en possédait pas. De plus, nous avons découvert une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine qui n'était même pas verrouillée, un détail particulièrement dérangeant. Le personnel de l’accueil semblait rapidement débordé et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé malgré notre mécontentement. Par ailleurs, bien que nous ayons réservé un dîner lors de la réservation, l’hôtel n’a pas pris soin de nous réserver une table, nous obligeant à dîner à 18h, un horaire qui ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. En plus de tous ces désagréments, nous avons également dû payer le parking, un supplément non mentionné à la réservation. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le service et la qualité ne sont absolument pas au rendez-vous, et pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous sommes particulièrement déçus. À la fin du séjour, personne n’a même pris la peine de nous demander si tout s’était bien passé. Cette expérience ne correspond absolument pas au service attendu d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

Our first impression of the hotel was not great as there was no parking avaliable and the receptionist had no tips as to where we could park our car. We found a leaflet in our room saying there was free parking at a nearby church, however this parking place was clearly labelled visitors only. The room was of poor standard with stained carpet and the water in the shower was either way too cold or way too hot. However, the bed was comfortable with soft pillows and we got a good nights sleep. The wellness area was lovely and the pool spaceous and perfectly tempered. Breakfast buffet was good as well and there is a very nice outdoor dining area.
