Everything was so perfect. Hotel is located in beautiful area surrounded with hills and best ski resorts in Austria. It is perfectly reach from highway. Lots of parking spaces in front of hotel. Rooms are clean and big. Facilities in Hotel are superb with very exclusive spa resort.

I strayed here for 4 nights in mid May 2024 whilst attending an exhibition in Munich - IFAT 2024. The standard of the hotel was stunning and the staff equally stunning and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the views as you can imagine were also fantastic. We ate in the hotel every day for breakfast and dinner. The food was first class and the attention to detail was an example. Thanks for making all of us at Brock so very welcome…

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Unser Aufenthalt im Panorama Royal war absolut traumhaft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten und sofort wohl. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig, entspannend und luxuriös – perfekt für eine Auszeit vom Alltag. Das Wellnessangebot ist einfach erstklassig. Die Saunen, das Dampfbad und der Infinity-Pool mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die umliegende Natur sind der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Hier wird wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet, um den Gästen eine vollkommen entspannende Erfahrung zu bieten. Der Wellnessbereich ist riesig und man findet immer Platz für freie Liegen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen wundervollen Ausblick. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Essen – eine wahre Gaumenfreude mit einer riesigen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war herausragend. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt. Hier stimmt einfach alles – Entspannung, Luxus und herzlicher Service in perfekter Kombination.

Geweldig luxe hotel of beter gezegd een echt wellness resort. Alles super de luxe. Uitstekende bedden en we hadden een heerlijke inloopdouche. Geweldig mooi uitzicht vanaf ons balkon, helemaal gebouwd op de zonstand. Het ontbijt en het diner is super. Wat ons betreft komt het restaurant in aanmerking voor een Michelin ster. Wij voelden ons in alles gast. Beste directie en medewerkers: complimenten voor de beleving en bedankt! Jullie zijn echte professionals!

Das Hotel entspricht, gemessen am Zimmerpreis, meiner Meinung nach, nicht dem Niveau das ich von 4 Sternen erwarte. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Wellnessbereich: steht dem Hotelgast nicht ausschließlich zur Verfügung. folgende Tageswellness Angebote werden für alle angeboten. Day Spa Angebote von 08:00-21:00 keine Exclusivität für Hotelgäste, ein öffentlicher Spa Bereich Hauservice: es stehen nur Kofferwagen zur Verfügung, der Gast muss sich um sein Gepäck selbst kümmern. Zimmerservice: man hat die Wahl, das Zimmer aus Nachthaltgründen NICHT reinigen zu lassen. Es gibt ein entsprechendes Türschild dafür. Auch frische Handtücher unterliegen dem Nachhaltigkeitsgedanken Bewirtung: Frühstück: kein Service, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte aus dem Automat Auswahl: 3 Wurstsorten, 5 Sorten Hartkäse. Lachs nicht als Scheiben, nur gezupft, Müslis, Eier Mittagssnack: ein einfaches Fleischgericht, Pasta mit einfachen Soßen, Suppe: einfache Cremesuppen oder klare Suppen; einfaches Salatbuffet Snacks ab 15:00 im Wellnessbereich: Blechkuchen, Gemüse, Tomaten, Paprika, Quark. Semmeln; Abendessen: winziges "amüsgöl", winzige Vorspeise, einfache Salate, Suppe - siehe Snacks. Hauptspeise: große Teller, kleine Portionen, Käsebuffet: siehe Frühstück, warmes Leitungswasser für 2,40€ pro Liter;

Sehr schönes Haus, familiäre Atmosphäre in das Personal Oberliga. Ich war schon in den besten 5 Sterne Häuser, aber so ein eine Freundlichkeit habe noch erlebt. Kompliment auch die Chefitäten welche das Ganze vorleben und sich auch nicht zu Schade sind selbst anzupacken. Respekt! Wellnessbereich, Hotelbereich und auch das Essen einfach TOP. 👍 Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es bei dem Zimmer, dieses war schon etwas abgewohnt und im Speziellen das Badezimmer. Vielleicht wiedermal die Silikonfugen erneuern. Im Großen und Ganzen alles Top, ich komme wieder.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seinen großen Wellness Bereich. Aber dann Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, aber es herrscht eine hektische Atmosphäre beim Essen und am Buffet. Unser Zimmer war zwar mit allem ausgestattet, aber eine Renovierung würde dem Zimmer trotzdem nicht schaden. Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An der Rezeption ist man um Freundlichkeit bemüht, aber auch schnell von Nachfragen genervt. Wir hatten Anreise 12 Uhr in der Einladung stehen, aber das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Erst ab 16 Uhr - Koffer bitte wieder ins Auto oder einfach in einer Ecke abstellen. Gepäckaufbewahrung - Fehlanzeige. Wellness Bereich war zwar schon nutzbar, aber dazu musste der Koffer in der Lobby geöffnet werden, um die Badesachen rauszuholen. Das sollte in so einem Haus nicht vorkommen. Wir waren eingeladen - privat würden wir das Hotel nicht buchen.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr sind wir im Wellness Schloss Panorama Royal. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang an der Reception gleich in den Pool. Herrlich. Das Abendessen wieder wie bei unserem letzten Besuch wunderbar. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles frisch. Aufgrund des einsetzenden schlechten Wetters wurde uns freundlicherweise und unaufgefordert ein Garagenplatz für unsere Motorräder angeboten.
