"Self-checking hotels, when checking in smartly, you need to enter the reservation number and last name. I tried the number on the reservation several times but failed.
My daughter, who is good at English, called to communicate with the real person. After that, he gave a set of numbers and successfully logged in. Then he jumped to fill in the guest information. After completing the information for the four people staying, he went to the room payment card payment screen. First, he used his husband’s credit card. , but the local number was already installed on my phone and I couldn't accept the SMS password, so I had to use my card again. It took almost half an hour to complete the room card and enter the apartment.
We live in a two-bedroom apartment with a large space and elegant furnishings. There is also a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. There is a supermarket nearby, so shopping is very convenient. After staying for two nights, we started preparing dinner. My children think the pasta from my hometown is particularly delicious. tasty.

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe.
Breakfast & Dinner were amazingly delicious with great variety.
The woman at the front desk was very attentive with super great attitude & service mind. I booked the wrong room type without mountain view and she recommended me to upgrade to another room type with little extra charge which made me very happy with the stunning mountain view. I’ll definitely stay here again if I had a chance to visit Gosau."
