Hotel was great only the self check in process drive me crazy.

It was missing a pillow and was accumulated dust behind the bad frame and on the floor. (From one of the rooms).

Homebound apartment is contactless hotel, is digital check in. No staff on site. Is located in Bad Goisern, is a small village, Sunday everything closed. We booked this.apartment to take a break from our travel. The apartment equipped with GYM, laundromat and Kitchen. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you Homebound.

Self-checking hotels, when checking in smartly, you need to enter the reservation number and last name. I tried the number on the reservation several times but failed. After completing the information for the four people staying, he went to the room payment card payment screen. First, he used his husband’s credit card. , but the local number was already installed on my phone and I couldn't accept the SMS password, so I had to use my card again. It took almost half an hour to complete the room card and enter the apartment. We live in a two-bedroom apartment with a large space and elegant furnishings. There is also a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. There is a supermarket nearby, so shopping is very convenient. After staying for two nights, we started preparing dinner. My children think the pasta from my hometown is particularly delicious. tasty. When leaving, you can scan the QR code to check out. What a special way to check in, and the room is consistent with the reservation😀

Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.
