We had nice time in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of a kind of thermal village. The room had a nice size and it was very clean, also the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The coffee was very light like in the US.

Unglaublich gutes Service in allen Bereichen, die Küche war exzellent! Einfach ein Wohlfühlaufenthalt! Das Einbettzimmer war geräumig und sauber. Auf meinen Wunsch hin bekam ich ein wirklich ruhiges Zimmer.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles hat bestens gepasst. Zimmer und alle Hotelbereiche sehr sauber. Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereich. Essen ausgezeichnet. Wir haben viele Hotelangebote genützt und sind nicht mal in die Therme gegangen.

Stanza molto grande e silenziosa con ingresso, salottino, terzo letto affiancato da colonna centrale, terrazzo con sedie e tavolino, bagno con wc separato. Letti grandi e comodissimi. Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Pulizia accurata. Posizione centralissima adiacente al grande e bellissimo parco. SPA inclusa nei servizi. Comodo parcheggio incluso. Migliorabile la colazione, orientata prevalentemente sul salato. Niente prodotti da forno tipo cornetti, brioche, crostate. Solo una torta stile "austriaco". Mancanza servizio bar: fai da te con la macchina automatica. Non c'erano coppette per lo yogurt (solo sfuso), macedonia ed altro. Posti preassegnati in sala. Piscina un po' piccola. Mobilia datata nelle stanze. rapporto qualità/prezzo non proprio "buonissimo".

Wir waren jetzt das 20.Mal hier und wir kommen sicher wieder bzw. haben schon wieder reserviert. Wir fühlen uns ganz einfach pudelwohl. Seit Corona wurde auch viel in Erneuerungen und Verbesserungen investiert (Aufzug, Klimaanlage, Solarpaneele, Speisesaal etc.) Was sich nicht geändert hat: das tolle Service, das ausgezeichnete Essen, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter). Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
