Highly recommend this location. Service by was exceptional and efficient. The staff was kind and all of our needs were promptly met. The hotel was very clean, and it had a nice breakfast. We will definitely come back to enjoy this wonderful hotel once again.

Very nice and helpful staff. We arrived after the reception was closed, but everything was ready and we received instructions by email on how to get in. We had a nice family room with two bedrooms, the bathroom seemed recently renovated. Clean and tidy. Very nice breakfast buffet with reserved table. The location is a bit from the centre, but in return is quiet and peaceful. Can safely recommend this place.

Very good contact. Very nice and helpful owner. All information need before arriving sent by email. We arrive late evening all was ready nothing to search. Nice room, good equipped, tasty breakfast. It's a pity it's so short stay. I can recommend it with clear conscience.

The accommodation was very pleasant and comfortable. It met our needs - skiing in the nearby ski area (about 4 km). The staff of the guesthouse was very nice and helpful, provided us with all the necessary information. Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The possibility to use the nearby pool and sauna was a plus, as well as the proximity of the ski bus stop (about 150 m) and the beautiful view of the mountains from the rooms. The only thing we would have appreciated was the possibility of sitting in the common room after 8 o'clock, so that we could still sit for a while and play board games with the children after skiing, sauna and pool. But that's just a small thing, otherwise we definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

Once we arrived, we had trouble parking (getting out of the marked spots is rather difficult). Great reception of staff (after calling) and room is spacious with all amenities. Breakfast Buffet offers good selection and was delicious. Great view from Breakfast Room.

Staff is very supportive and kind - we were coming late but they provided instructions on the phone even late at night. Big bathroom which we liked very much. Nice breakfast. Nice interior which fit Alps very well :) Superb view from a balcony. Comfortable bed with good bedding.

Loved staying at this hotel. It’s a little away from Badgastein which is nice. Quiet location with great breakfast and nice half board dinner. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Generous dinner with salad bar included in half board. Would have liked to stay longer

Wie letztes Jahr war der Urlaub in der Alpenpension wieder sehr schön! Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt, was vor allem an den sehr netten Gastgebern und dem freundlichen Personal lag. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist nach wie vor sehr schön, man kann sofort loswandern. Für weitere Touren fährt der Bus keine fünf Gehminuten von der Pension entfernt, oder man nimmt das eigne Auto. Parkplätze an der Alpenpension waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
