Beautiful location and lovely views. Nice , natural smells by infusions in the sauna area. Good, hot Aufgüsse provided by a professional Bader master. Tasty and affordable food in the restaurant. Fast service. I really liked the salt infusion room and back heated seats. What I didn't like: people smoking everywhere outside: there was no designated smoking area. So, you jus relaxing after a sauna ceremony, and someone, just next to you smoking. Terrible. Also there is no indoor pool in the sauna area, only 1 outdoor. The water was not ready warm to enjoy it. It may be alright in the summer, but on the windy rainy cold day it's not nice. There are plenty of mineral water pools in the Aquapark area, but you need to wear a sweming sweet and area is very crowded.

Die Zimmer sind ok und sauber. Duschen in der Badewanne nicht für jeden geeignet. Das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungsbedürftig!!. Sonntag war es gut, Montag und Dienstag gab's die Reste von Sonntag (Wurst war braun und vertrocknet, wurde aber nach Beschwerde neu aufgelegt). Kaffee nicht mehr heiß und Käseauswahl nicht besonders. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Klasse Dachterrasse und sehr schönes Zimmer, ganz neu, nach hinten gelegen. Super Service und gutes Frühstück. Räder wurden gut untergebracht. Das Hotel würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Сам по себе Бад Эмс - курортный городок с волнительным прошлым. Тут и Гоголь, и Достоевский и Александр II... И русская православная церковь на набережной, построенная ещё в 19-ом веке для русских отдыхающих! И огромный "русский дом"! Здесь русский дух, здесь Русью пахнет! :-) Так вот, гостиница находится на самой набережной! Городок очень красивый и спокойно-курортный с респектабельным променадом! Вид из окна потрясающий! Необходимо взять номер на 3-4 этажах (по-нашему 4-5) с видом на набережную для полноты получения эстетического восторга! Номера большие, чистые, новые. Хороший бесплатный wi-fi! Отличный завтрак (шведский стол). И самое приятное - это бесплатная шикарная сауна с 15:00 до 21:00! Там тебе и полотенца и халаты (тоже всё бесплатно)! Обслуживание очень дружественное! Парковка на ночь с 21:00 до 8:00 прямо перед гостиницей бесплатная. Днём по 50 евроцентов час, но максимум на три часа, так что каждые три часа надо платить, поэтому пользуйтесь крытой парковкой за углом (50 метров)!

De ontvangst was niet best. De receptioniste gaf geen informatie over de gang van zaken wat betreft parkeren, het arrangement, de massage die we hadden geboekt. Onze kamer aan de straatkant bood voldoende comfort (helaas geen ligbad) maar bleek, ook in het weekeinde, erg rumoerig door straatlawaai. Het diner, inbegrepen in het arrangement, was ronduit zwak. Soep uit blik, een heel eenvoudig hoofdgerecht en een ijsje voor toe. Het restaurant beroemt zich op een culinaire keuken, misschien als je á la carte eet. Maar dan nog is het raar om arrangementsgasten af te schepen met dit. Het hotel zegt van zichzelf dat het 3+ sterren heeft. Gezien de sobere uitrusting zou ik eerder zeggen 2+. Overigens is Bad Ems een charmant plaatsje, beeldschoon aan de Lahn gelegen en prettig dicht bij het mondaine Koblenz en prachtige natuur.

Das Hotel Bad Emser Hof liegt direkt an der Lahn und hat einen sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und man merkt, dass sich jemand beim Design Gedanken gemacht hat. Die Bilderauswahl in der Lobby ist "interessant" oder "grenzwertig" je nach eigenem Geschmack und kultureller Prägung. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet mit einer für diese Hotelgröße bemerkenswerte Auswahl, an Müslisorten und Zutaten. Das Personal ist freundlich. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht im Energiebereich. Die alten Rippenheizkörper senken den hochwertigen Gesamteindruck und erhöhen den Energieverbrauch. Auch die Warmwassertemperatur ist so hoch eingestellt, dass es schwierig ist die Komforttemperatur mit dem Mischventil einzustellen.

Kamen von einer Wanderung auf dem Lahnhöhenweg. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß (lang und eher schmal) und komfortabel eingerichtet. Von den hinteren Zimmern hat man jedoch eine "tolle" Aussicht auf eine Felswand. Obwohl es schönes Wetter war, war das Zimmer deshalb sehr dunkel. Wegen eines technischen Defektes gab es in der Früh kein warmes Wasser. Eine Entschuldigung dafür gab es erst, nachdem wir den Umstand bei der Abreise an der Rezeption angesprochen hatten. Das Frühstück war durchaus schmackhaft und umfangreich. Der Warmanteil um ca. 9 Uhr allerdings kalt.

Ein angenehmes Hotel, ruhig und zentral gelegen, am Rande vom Kurpark und nur wenige Km von Koblenz entfernt. Wer Ruhe sucht und weg will von der Hektik des Alltages ist hier am richtigen Ort. Gute Gastronomie am Ort vorhanden, man muss nicht Km weit fahren, um gut und lecker zu Speisen. Und in wenigen Minuten kann man Kultur pur erleben, wie z. B. das Deutsche Eck oder das Schloss Stolzenfels in Koblenz. Oder einfach eine Schiffsrundfahrt mitmachen. Ein leckeres Frühstück hat uns jeden Morgen erwartet und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Mehrtagesaufenthalt.
