I just enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel and can thoroughly recommend it. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It has a great location directly on the Rhine, which is perfect for relaxing walks. And I'm so glad I opted for half board! The food is amazing - 4 courses each night, beautifully presented and really tasty. Incredible value!! There's also an indoor pool which is a good size and my room was very comfortable and spotless - there's even a choice of pillows. I'll certainly be returning. Thanks for a great stay! We had booked a weekend arrangement. The services included were a 3-way menu and a greeting cocktail, along with a visit to the Romertherme. The thermal was “out of operation” as it appeared. On requests only a refund was offered. The menu was replaced by a buffet. The cocktail fell out. The rooms were old and outdated. Only the 3rd room was acceptable. The bathroom looked out of shit. The predecessor's hair was still on the ground. The cleaning service next morning was frozen when they found us in the room. When we came back tonight, the towels were still on the floor and the beds were not made. At dinner we were put on a small table with a family that would obviously have preferred among themselves. We too. However, the service was very effort and apologised several times . Later, we were offered a single table. All was apparently poorly organized. The quality of the food and service did not give any reason for criticism. Equally, breakfast. Also in the morning, a nice and friendly staff. However: a weekend that you better forget.
