Einfach grottenschlecht geführtes Hotel Wir hatten ein Wochenendarrangement gebucht. Enthaltene Leistungen waren neben einem Besuch der Römertherme ein 3- Gängemenu sowie ein Begrüssungscocktail. Die Therme war „außer Betrieb“ , wie sich herausstellte. Erst auf Nachfragen wurde eine Rückerstattung angeboten. Das Menü wurde durch ein Büffet ersetzt. Der Cocktail fiel aus. Die Zimmer waren alt und abgegammelt. Erst das 3. Zimmer war akzeptabel. Das Bad starrte vor Dreck. Am Boden fanden sich noch Haare des Vorgängers. Der Reinigungsservice am nächsten Morgen wurde frech, als sie uns noch im Zimmer vorfanden. Als wir abends zurückgekommen sind, lagen die Handtücher immer noch auf dem Boden und die Betten waren nicht gemacht. Beim Abendessen setzte man uns an einen kleinen Tisch mit einer Familie, die offensichtlich lieber unter sich gewesen wäre. Wir auch. Der Service war jedoch sehr bemüht und entschuldigte sich mehrmals . Später bot man uns einen Einzeltisch an. Offenbar war alles schlecht organisiert. Die Qualität des Essens und der Service boten keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Ebenso das Frühstück. Auch am Morgen durchweg nettes und freundliches Personal. Dennoch: ein Wochende, das man besser vergisst.
