"I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible.
A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal!
Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!"
"Avenue Suites in Bacolod offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The hotel also features a pool, which adds to the overall experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day. With great service, cleanliness, and excellent amenities, Avenue Suites is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for quality accommodation in Bacolod."

"i have been accomodated for excellently. The staff are always courteous and polite including the guards. The room was nice and clean and overall, it was a great stay. Thank u, Sukro."
"I bought my own breakfast, which is more expensive and not worth it. The hotel facilities are too old, there are too few sockets, and there are no slippers and face towels. Nearby is a bar street, a bit noisy."

Outstanding
Ggibo_27Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.
TTracing the TraceysThe hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.
LLady KwenadiAcacia Hotel Bacolod is a well-regarded accommodation in Bacolod City, Philippines, known for its comfortable rooms, attentive service, and convenient location.
Location and Accessibility
Situated near major shopping centers like SM City Bacolod and Ayala Malls, the hotel offers guests easy access to retail options. Its proximity to the seaport is advantageous for travelers planning trips to Iloilo. Despite being close to these hubs, the hotel is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment away from city noise.
Accommodation and Amenities
The room I stayed in was spacious and offered a stunning sea view of the port, which was a highlight of my visit. While the hotel provides modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, it does feel dated, much like many hotels in the Philippines.
Service and Hospitality
The staff at Acacia Hotel Bacolod were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.
Overall Experience
Acacia Hotel Bacolod combines comfort, convenience, and quality service. Its strategic location, hospitable staff, and pleasant rooms make it a solid choice for travelers visiting Bacolod City. Their facilities are dated though but that’s the case with most hotels in this country.
JJustin DupuisGuards are really nice, it's clean, kind of old smell, alot of foreigners, nice people, clean parking lot, lots of parking, good hot water, my only complaint js that they give you one keycard and when you leave the ac turns off. Both nights we stayed there it was hot all night. The ac wasnt xold was my only complaint or it was cold but needed to be on for a full day to stay cold. I sweat at night for two nights.
GGuest UserCleanliness probably the best so far...
place safe and nearby to robinson.mall employess very professional ill recommend this hotel.
west town hotel price very cheap and affordable...
RRoland TanA very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall all the staff have done a very good job with their service oriented approach and mindset throughout my stay from 25Dec24 to 04Jan25 ( 10 nights ) .
EEstradaMariaThe staff are really good and helpful and location is also good. These compensate for the outdated room and boring plated breakfast. If you are not in a rush it's better to eat out for breakfast.
LLorena TanaelThis place is nice but a little far or maybe I am not use to places like far from street, but I like the neighbors canteen the food was superb, and this place also offer unlimited.breakfast.
JJ Christopher PerezThe room is clean. Most of the room design is made of marble. It’s an old design but classy. I like the place because its near the mall and Manukan country which is known for Bacolod’s chicken Inasal. Staffs are very accomodating!
