OYO was a bit shitty when it comes to customer service but ABN group staff and owner was very understanding. The PIN locations in maps are different hence very confusing and when you contact the OYO office, they don't even know how to help you. I didn't stay in the place where I actually booked but internally I just settled for the ABN Hostel instead of Residences due to its convenient location. Kudos to Riza and owner RB for getting me through this whole situation.
