Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!

The hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.

Quaint and simple well thought out rooms, but not very big and lacks amenities that would be present in a larger hotel like the gym sauna and pool. Breakfast is also plated instead of buffet. Overall good but a little expensive for the size and location.

The room was clean
The elevator is very small and can accommodate up to two people at a time.
No swimming pool or fitness facilities
If you just want to stay here, it's very cost-effective, but I like to exercise, so it's a little insufficient

It's not a 4-star hotel, but you can get a 2.5-star hotel. The elevator is creepy. I recommend not eating breakfast. The room is too small, and the only thing that's okay is the bathroom. The rest is disappointing. I recommend going somewhere else.
