Free shuttle to Alona beach area. Quite place. If they do have foc pier/airport pick up then is perfect!

The place is very cozy and beautiful. The distance is just right from the airport.
The staffs are all warm and responsive.
They provide complete details to my questions.

급하게 결정한 여행에 4가족이 들어갈수있는
가성비 숙소를 찾았습니다. 트룸에 화정실2개 거실까지
넓어서 좋았습니다. 작년에 오픈한 숙소로 아담하지만 룸컨디션도 괜찮았고, 다만 화정실 하나가 배수가 잘안돼서 조금 불편했어요. 조식은4가지중 선택했는데 아이들이 팬케익을 잘 먹었네요 수영하면서 커피 주스등을 무료로 마실수있어서 좋았어요. 미리 얘기하면 알로나비치까지 셔틀로 데러다줘서 편했습니다.

보홀 3번째 방문으로 숙박시설을 다양하게 이용했지만이렇게 최악의 숙소가 있을까 싶네요 ㅜ 귀찮아서 리뷰 작성은잘 하지않지만 이번만큼은 너무 화가 나서 글을 적습니다
새벽 1시체크인을 하고 두시에 잠을 잤습니다
갑자기 2시반에 벨이 울리더니 직원이 방을 잘못 줬다면 바꿔야 한답니다. 새벽 두시반에(한국시간 3시 반)….미치지않고서야 ㅠ 우리가 안된다 하고 다시 잠을 청했는데 다시 5분뒤 벨이 울리더니 ㅠ직원이 본인 보스한테 혼난다며 재차 방을 바꿀것을 요구했습니다. 한참 실랭이가 있고 결국 저희는 그방에 그냥 잠을 청했지만 너무 화가 나고 억울해서 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다
조식도 먹지않고 체크아웃을 하고 나왔지만 사과한마디 없고 오히려 아침에 저희를 째려보면 저거 나라말로 뭐라 하더군요 …
환불 요청하며 제대로 해결하지 않으면 또 다시 민원 접수 할것입니다
