Receptionist was busy with her phone, did not bother to greet you or anything when you want to check in.
I booked 2 rooms. AC not working well in my parents' room and the TV only has 1 channel available to watch. Already informed the staff but no solutions.
Ceiling light in my room is different from the other room. It seems like the previous one is out of order and they replaced it with a cheap light bulb that you can find in any common household. Regret that I didn't take the picture.
My booking is supposed to included breakfast but the staff came to us while we're eating and informed us that it wasn't. I had to grab my phone, find my booking and show them the proof. They took my phone to the lobby and came back after 5 mins to informs us that everything is okay. I was like what the what?

For all of them, I think it's good and nice, not all hotels also provide drinking water in the hallway of each hotel. It's practical and makes the stay more enjoyable. It's just that the service on television is lacking because it still uses old broadcasts so you can't watch television. Hopefully in the future guests can relax while staying while watching television broadcasts

The location of the light switch is covered by the bed. The sink and shower are close together, not suitable for small children and elderly people who might get hit. The room is spacious, but the room design is a mess.
