Alma de Zorro is a beautiful experience. A Mexican atmosphere with beautiful decoration, ultra comfortable beds, everything super clean and with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Alma de Zorro has a very friendly and helpful staff. Book in advance and get ready to experience one of your most beautiful trips in Bacalar. Don't forget to go on the lagoon tour and I highly recommend seeing the rapids. Thank you ALMA DE ZORRO for all the attention received. I will be back very soon and tell family and friends about this beautiful hotel. I loved it!

Bacalar is truly one of the most stunning places I've ever visited, and staying at Alma del Zorro hotel made my experience even more memorable. The staff was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. If you're looking to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Bacalar, I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed!

Chemin plus que difficile pour accéder à l’hôtel,autour de l hôtel il y’a des travaux sur chaque côté de l ‘hôtel. Chambre petite et mal entretenue,odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain,douche avec joint plus que crasseux !!!notre chambre était face à des travaux sur l hôtel juste à côté donc odeur de ciment et gravât à la porte de notre chambre et les travaux commencent à 8h du matin avec les ouvriers qui hurlent entre eux!!!!Impossible de déjeuner là bas. La chambre donne face a d autre chambre donc aucune intimité vous vivez rideau fermé. Seule point positif le personnel qui est sympathique

Hotel pas du tout à la hauteur des commentaires précédents. Le chemin d'accès périlleux, tout autour en travaux, pas de petits déjeuners possibles sur place et à proximité. Pas de wifi en continu, pas d'eau en continu et pas d'eau chaude Le personnel essaie de compenser mais c'est vraiment décevant. Les chambres sont d'une taille correcte mais les finitions pour un hôtel neuf sont perfectible. Carrelage mal posé, meuble salle de bain décalé Sinon emplacement bien situé car à la sortie de la ville

El lugar es PERFECTO para una escapada de la realidad, puedes recorrer el pueblo pero aún así tener privacidad, el servicio es increíble y la laguna ni se diga!! Yo fui en un viaje con mi novio y lo recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE!! Muchas felicidades
