This property is gorgeous, it's right on the lagoon. There are chairs and hammocks overlooking the lagoon. There's kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, and swings down by the lagoon and the easy access to it was great. Only about 5 minute drive to the center of town. We traveled to 8 towns while we were in Mexico and this was one of the most comfortable beds we had. The rooms are nice and big in person, the pictures didn't look that great and we almost didn't book it but are so glad we did. The owners live on property and were very nice.

If I had to stay just one night, I would be okay with the conditions of the room. Since we stayed 2 nights, the AC not properly working and hardly any hot water in the shower and the fact that the water pressure was not working either was hardly bearable. The WiFi was not reliable either and that was difficult as we relied on it for directions and planning. The only good part of the stay was the fact that the lagoon was accessible but in hindsight I would’ve spent more money for a nicer place to stay in Bacalar.

Beautiful setting, many details were thoughtfully planned in the designing of the property. Owner was very kind and said we could pay later if I didn’t have the cash (but cash was previously communicated so I had it) I loved all the pretty lights up at night, very magical. Ice cold fridge and AC. We only stayed one night but this is the sort of place you can stay for your whole vacation.

The rooms are not like the images, I think the bathrooms and the room in general need a lot of maintenance, I cleaned the pool because it was full of leaves, however the lagoon area is very comfortable!

The place is spacious and clean. I booked there because of the price and the fact that it has direct entrance to the Bacalar lagoon but I was disappointed. The air conditioning did not work, so I spent a hot and terrible night. In addition, on its dock there was a lot of movement and noise that did not let you rest. People on motorcycles arrived and left all the time, so much so that while I was swimming they almost hit me. He is not interested in visitors. And the water near its dock is dirty with construction debris. The treatment was cordial and the cleaning was good. Rather, I think it depends on the owners.
