Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel, Restaurant & Spa

Really nice hotel, there is nothing to complain about and we would come back anytime. Only drawbacks: - Service staff, especially in the restaurant, speak no or very poor English, which makes communication difficult - Only tiles in the rooms, which means the floor is not so comfortable. One or two carpets would be nice here, which would give the whole room more ambience

They have scammed me out of a 100 euro deposit, they have not returned it to me and on top of that they have charged me 28 euros more without my consent from the card for spending at the hotel, when that money was going to be deducted from the deposit I gave and have not received. In total 128 euros. They have not given me a solution and they have blocked me.

Struttura molto bella, l'attenzione ai clienti è molto intensa ma non asfissiante. Se vuoi stare da solo nessuno ti opprime ma se hai bisogno di qualcosa basta scrivere sulla chat con la reception. Il ristorante è molto curato nelle presentazioni dei piatti, ma tutto molto buono, anche a colazione. Unico neo, per me, chiude presto. Il posto è incantevole.

Hôtel parfaitement situé mais pas de petit déjeuner inclus seulement à la carte, c’est cher et pas terrible. En tout cas pas au niveau du tarif demandé. Pareil pour la carte pour le dîner. Très peu de choix, trop cher et vraiment moyen. Dommage car le restaurant a une vue extraordinaire mais cela donne l’impression que de ce de fait ils ne font pas d’efforts. La restauration c’est aussi important dans un hotel. Le soir nous allions dîner en ville mais pour le petit déjeuner non. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
