My friends and I booked a total of 5 rooms, 2 basic rooms priced at VND 770,000, two superior rooms priced at VND 880,000, and I stayed in a deluxe room priced at VND 990,000. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:20 pm, the front desk said there were no rooms, so I waited for about 40 minutes to check in. The refrigerators in two rooms had food left by the previous group of guests that had not been cleaned. The receptionist at the deluxe room I booked said there were no more rooms, so I arranged a triple room instead. All in all, the accommodation experience was not very good.
