It's OK in every aspect. It's worth the price. It's just a bit far to walk to the main commercial street. Everything else is OK.
There are also several Chinese restaurants downstairs, including breakfast, which is okay.

I booked a large bed, which was said to be a big opening bonus. I got a free upgrade to a twin room with two large beds. The space is large and there is a refrigerator in the room, which can keep fruits fresh. Room 709 has two independent balconies with external windows, and the evening breeze is very comfortable. .
