Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

The hotel has been open for about a year. The environment and sanitation are OK. The hotel owner is Chinese and the service staff can speak fluent Chinese. The hotel provides driver pick-up service, and the service is enthusiastic. Especially for friends who are driving to Vietnam for the first time, it is a relatively friendly choice!

2. There were other people's smelly socks on the balcony on the first day of check-in, and the sanitation was not in place;
