"I loved everything about this hotel. It's located centrally in Bac Giang providing easy access to all areas of the city. It provides a high level of security with a security outpost at the entrance and further security to the rear. There is ample secure parking for all types of vehicles bikes, motorcycles and cars alike . The entrance lobby is very grandiose and spacious, decorated with wonderful chandeliers, a spiral staircase, the Van Ha Bar , a centrally located 24 hour reception where your every need will be cared for. My room was clean and spacious and was cleaned exquisitely on each day of my stay. The view from my window was onto the grand square and was fantastic I was provided with a greeting gift on my arrival. The bathroom was superb. The wifi was excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and so spacious with huge windows providing a view onto the square where the cities people go exercising in the early morning and at sunset. The choice of food for breakfast was many , varied with all fresh and perfectly prepared and wonderfully presented. The staff at this hotel were the kindest, most attentive and helpful as I've ever met. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. Paul Clarke"
