When I booked a room at this chain hotel, I was expecting a warmer welcome. In fact, it was a Soviet-style hotel. I'll start from the beginning: the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. There are parking spaces in front of the main entrance. But anyone can park there. You'll be offered parking behind the hotel building. Your car will be parked in the mud (if it rains) Because it's simply not paved. There are no surveillance cameras anywhere. When I asked "how so", the girl at the reception answered: there is a camera at the pick-up point of the chain mass market. Yes, the courtyard is locked, BUT! When checking out (we left in the morning, around 10:00), you'll have to open the gate yourself (it's not right next to the entrance) and return the lock and key to the administrator. The rooms (we had a standard one) are tired, but good quality. Air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator. The bed linen is GREY. And the towels too. In the room - shower gel and... that's it. No shampoo, no shower cap, no shoehorn.... BUT! Everything can be purchased at the reception. I would like to ask: how does the hotel pass the certification? When checking in, we were told that there would be breakfasts. This is the biggest disappointment. Breakfasts from 8.00 to 10. In fact, breakfast does not appear before 8.30. Breakfast is declared as continental. Apparently, taking advantage of the lack of a clear formulation of this concept in the legal framework, the administration does not want to bother with the wishes of the guests. We were offered: sausages, scrambled eggs and porridge to choose from: rolled oats or rice. and it was served: ALL TOGETHER ON ONE PLATE. like piglets. Do you want seconds? - No. Everything is portioned. Bread is cut right on the bar counter, without boards and other attributes of the sanitary and epidemiological regime. to my question: will there be cheese or butter with coffee, I was answered quite rudely that "for such money you expect a lot". What money? - it remained unclear. The next day the girls from the reception handed out food to us. Almost everything was cold.... We had to go and have breakfast at a place located nearby. The only advantage of this hotel is the location. But, since I had previously lived in this city, I knew this.
