Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in an Indonesian accommodation. The view is fantastic and accessible from the cafe and restaurant onsite. The menu is diverse and includes food for all tastes. Breakfast is served to your door at 7am. There isn’t much to do right outside except relax and enjoy the sunset; however, there are several hiking spots nearby as well as a Cimory Dairyland. For one or two nights, this is a perfect accommodation, especially if you stay in the higher-end mansion (it’s designed like a European castle). I have only one suggestion: bring bug spray for the room. (April 2023)

A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

And not to mention the friendly and helpful staff here, Mas Adit - front officer, Mas Ryan - Asst. Restaurant Manager, Mba Silva & Fitri - Restaurant Greeter, and Pak Undang - MOD, Well done! They prepared a little birthday surprise for my dad when we’re having our breakfast. Really satisfied! We had a pleasant stay here! Thankyou for the hospitality!

I had a very pleasant stay here. Staff were very friendly when checking in even though the room wasn't ready since I arrived at the hotel very early before 12 PM noon and it was a high season. The beautiful architecture of the hotel make me feel enjoy to stay at this hotel. The swimming pool is awesome and has a very unique concept. The room is huge and quite clean, and bathroom is big as well. This hotel is not only has a amazing service and architecture, but also served delicious meals like other neo hotel served. Unfortunately, the WiFi speed was very low and the bath towel needs to be renewed, and the water heater wasn't too hot sometime. Overall, this hotel is very good and highly recommend to stay!

The hotel is on the far end of sentul so a bit of a ways to all the other fun around sentul. That said the hotel has its own great activities, morning exercise and games, ATV track, shooting range, cycling and pool and much more. The buffet was also good with lots to choose from. All in all for a family getaway it was great, the kids had a great time participating in the games and winning prizes. Definitely will be back!
