Our stay at Rixos was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was perfect, and the activities were diverse and enjoyable. The food was exceptional with a wide variety and high quality. Everything about the experience was remarkable and exceeded expectations.

Stay aways from this hotel !!!! Stay away from this hotel .Feels more like guest house than a hotel. Such a chaos everywhere: from lobby to a bouffet. Low quality of main restaurant, ala cart is better but impossible to get a spots for it. Stuff are extremely rude , especially Russian speaking lady at the front desk. For the simplest things they will waste at least 49 min of your time of lobby. My child got sick and they weren’t able to call pediatrician at the hotel, I have to do everything myself .

The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property.
Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments.
They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself.
