The service is good, communication is smooth, and basic requirements can be met. The breakfast is very good. Compared with other places to stay, the surrounding scenery is good. Arrived at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge at end of very long day on motorbike tour. Awful weather all day with heavy mist, fog and extremely slow traffic on the Thung Khe Pass. The Jungle Lodge was an oasis! Wonderfully kept grounds, upmarket rooms with comfy beds, great linen and towels. Swimming pool, bar, comprehensive menu with a separate vegetarian menu. Dinner was addition to room cost but breakfast was included. Excellent choice at breakfast with pho, congee, eggs, breads, cereals, fruits, juice, yoghurt, cakes, bao buns and much more. Lovely to go to sleep listening to the call of the frogs in the grounds.

We stayed here for 4 days and rented a scooter each day to tour the area. Staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. Breakfast was included and was very good with fruit, eggs, pho, rice and noodles as well as coffee and juice. We very much enjoyed our stay and we’re sad to leave. Pu Luông is still some what undiscovered the people here are very nice and no one is at u about buying stuff or tour guides although both are available. We would stay here again.

Myself and 2 girl friends spent a couple nights here last week and we really enjoyed our stay. The jungle lodge was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The highlight of our entire Vietnam trip was the motorbike tour we booked through the lodge which took us bamboo rafting, to the water wheels, Hieu waterfall, etc. Our tour guides were awesome. Highly recommend!

Amazing lodge with stunning view. They have pool, fish pond, stream, rice fields on the premises. Best location. Highly recommend to visit to enjoy truely Pu Luong. Also the local foods were great, I like grilled duck, fried stream fish a lot.

About the room we got : rather okay. Just the bathroom the toilet was on the same platform as the shower. So you get a wet toilet seat or the feeling the crap box is on the same place as your hygienics. But the real horror is the kitchen. The kitchen manager is an alien who doesn'thave the slightest notion of kitchen basics. We got our griled chicken replaced by boiled out soup meat, the sauteed vegetables by flat cooked morning glory and the grilled pork turned out to be unshaved pig lard. The AC control was in chinese so the internet had to show us how we got the damp room heated. To avoid..

Impressed with Pu Luong in general and Pu Luong Jungle Lodge from our family's trip on April 30 last year, so this year I decided to return here on a company trip. This year, the resort has an infinity swimming pool overlooking terraced fields, extremely beautiful for women to check in. The service team is still as great as last year, especially the manager also appreciates returning returning customers by inviting the Thai ethnic performance team to serve, so respectful. The food is delicious and cheap, so we ordered lunch and dinner here. Will definitely return to Pu Luong soon and continue to stay at Jungle Lodge.
