Very good accommodation! Polite and helpful staff. I would like to give more than 10/10 if I could. Every detail was thought out and rooms have everything for having a restful stay for a night after a long journey as we had and for a longer stay too…. Comfortable beds, slippers in the bathroom very good breakfast….everything ! We definitely will choose this hotel again during our next drive to Italy.

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. Booked for two nights to go to a local wedding. Daniele on reception was fantastic, and really flexible with my needs. The guy who works evenings was also really friendly despite me turning up at midnight (thanks, Ryanair...!) The location is perfect, and isn't too noisy either. The room was spotlessly clean, and the aircon was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was buffet style, with breads, cheeses, hams, and then cakes and tiramisu(!) For the price, in such a gorgeous town, you really can't knock it.

Hotel moderno, bien situado a 5 minutos del centro de Varese en una zona residencial. Instalaciones muy buenas, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, muy bien desayuno. No le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de detalles que harían que el hotel fuera perfecto (por ej. Hay que pagar 3 euros para recibir una toalla para la piscina, que por cierto podía tener algún tipo de decoración de jardín, hay máquinas muy buenas en el gimnasio pero no hay bicicleta, etc.)

Bella esperienza. Le cosa più bella della camere è che sembrano proprio delle piccole casette stile bungalow a sé con parcheggio privato per ognuna. Ci si rilassa molto bene, il box doccia è un grande plus. Uniche cose che ”boccio” sono la dimensione della TV, un po' piccola anche se è molto apprezzabile la posizione in alto e incastrata nello specchio, e i cuscini un po' troppo piatti che non sono proprio il massimo della comodità. Altra nota positiva è l'ubicazione a 2 passi dal lago in un bel paesino. Assolutamente consigliato

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

It is recommended to stay in the hotel in the airport. This hotel is very new, the facilities are still smart, the bed is very high, quite interesting This is also a few hotels with mineral water The hotel is a five minute drive from the airport If you call a car from the hotel, you need to pay 5 euros (T1), if the time period is full, you need to pay 20 euros (T1) to call taxi Overall, it is comfortable to live in a hotel in the airport.

Very friendly staff in service, reception and bar. Good cuisine, which is however closed on Sunday and Monday evenings. The room was clean and well furnished but dark and without the advertised mountain view but directly on a residential building. The beds were very comfortable though. The reserved and confirmed parking space was not available. In the vicinity there are only short-term parking spaces. The breakfast is very, very modest. The wine from the wine vending machine on the 1st floor not recommended. All in all a nice, clean 3 star hotel but way too expensive.

I was on a Northern Italy Lake Tour with my mom and best friend with 25 other people. This hotel was the second stop of our trip. The travel company selected the hotels, so we were at the mercy of where they put us. If you like rock hard beds, wafer thin pillows, scratchy rough sheets, semi clean rooms, abrasive and rude staff, then this is a place for you! The two stars are for excellent wifi connection and speed and friendly housekeeping staff. This is clearly a very busy hotel. Every time we went through the lobby there were groups checking in. The sign said the air conditioning in the hotel would be on until 10/22, and we checked out before the 22nd and it was never on. Rooms were stuffy and hot. We had to ask about opening the window, which we had to sign a waiver (understandable - there are no screens). Each bed had one very thin pillow. When we asked for 3 more (one for each in the room) the look of dismay and surprise from the person at the front desk was almost comical. The fridge in the room was stocked daily, but never was cold enough to even chill the bottles. We had the same waiter two nights and he was miserable, unfriendly, inattentive and just down right rude. I tried to be friendly to see if it would help - and it didn’t. When asking for directions at the front desk the person seemed annoyed that we asked, was very curt and snotty. Even when looking at other staff they all looked miserable - no one smiled. At least the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and greeted you with good morning and a smile. Not an overly welcoming experience and I couldn’t wait to check out and continue on our trip. If I was to come back, I certainly would not book to stay here.
