There is no usual salad, no cutlets, mashed potatoes, there is absolutely no choice, your cost is more expensive than Moscow restaurants, so replace the cook with a normal one. Once okroshka was brought with fat instead of meat, just fat in slices, and they didn’t change it - we said that we cook it, although we ate it every day and we know how it should look like. Usually there are a lot of them in the off-season, but here they are in May too!!!! I really don’t understand why instead of relaxing on Friday evening, I get negative emotions and running around the hotel rooms for my hard-earned money!!! It's horrible!!! For a second, tularemia mice, how does a 5 * hotel settle guests in rooms with mice?! The room is located above the restaurant, i.e. it is absolutely clear that mice will certainly not bypass the kitchen !!! Everything that happens is like a bad dream! I don't understand why this hotel has so many positive reviews! The hotel needs to be closed for sanitary and epidemic treatment!!! Instead of broadcasting endless - “Sorry, we are very sorry !!!” I'm sorry about this situation! Sorry for wasted time and money, ruined weekend!!! It is a pity that guests not knowing about the situation in the hotel endanger their health!!! If I could rate -100 points I would!

The price tag is exorbitant despite the fact that the quality of the cuisine is disgusting. In an ordinary place in the city, it is much tastier to eat for a third of the price! The cost of the bar is as if the hotel is thousands of kilometers away from the mainland! Any dish on the children's menu is worse than in the simplest dining room. The exception is breakfasts, the feeling that they are prepared by other chefs. Been to Old House since opening; but the place has deteriorated a lot in recent years. Does not correspond to the price tag, neither the room, nor the faces of the waiters, nor the kitchen.

Fishing on the pier, billiards, hookah, game consoles, a farm, hunting. And you don’t have to go back and forth to negotiate. Приехали с мужем на выходные в этот отель, у нас был забронирован номер Шато-Vip,сразу перейду к моментам которые не понравились и которые считаю не приемлемыми к уровню такого отеля: 1. мы приехали с мужем в 12 часов дня, наш номер не был еще готов, и мы с мужем хотели провести пока время на новом бассейне, на что девушка на ресепшн нам сказала,что мы не можем этого сделать,а только после 15.00🙄мой супруг этому очень возмутился и тогда девушка вроде куда-то позвонила и в качестве исключения провела нас на бассейн, я просто в шоке от этого, что за глупость, мы заплатили за номер 57 тыс. и мы не можем воспользоваться бассейном,а только через 3 часа,бред, отдых начался скажем так НЕ позитивно. 2. При заселении нас к номеру провожал молодой человек, муж нес рюкзак, я достала из машины 2 пакета, и парень даже не соизволил мне помочь их донести, просто отвратительно. 3. дальше очень не удобный момент: мы посещали баню, мы посещали спа, ресторан, заказывали еду у бассейна, и везде нужно сразу оплачивать, это максимально не удобная система, почему нельзя записывать на номер, как в отелях такого уровня, нам это очень не понравилось 4. Далее: вечером мы забронировали стол в ресторане пастернак, и уточнили можно ли нам принести свою бутылку шампанского и оплатить пробковый сбор, на что девушка администратор нам сказала категоричное НЕТ, мы попросили старшего менеджера, она сказала что ее сейчас нет, записала наш телефон и сказала что нам перезвонят, прошло 3-4 часа, нам так никто и не перезвонил😠 когда мы пришли в ресторан, девушка администратор к нам подошла и сказала,что если у них в винной карте нет такого шампанского как у нас то тогда, мы можем его принести, но у них в меню естественно есть МОЕТ, но извините за 21 т, короче лояльность к клиентам максимально низкая, 5. Находясь на бассейне, мы спросили у официанта могут ли нам приготовить пиццу с грушей и горгонзолой, так как в меню ее нет, официант пошел уточнять у повара, приходит и рассказывает нам следующее: у нас есть горгонзола, у нас есть груша и это все мы можем пробить отдельными позициями, но по оригинальному рецепту там должен быть еще мед, но его мы не можем пробить,так как у нас его нет как отдельной позиции, что блииин , ребят вы серьезно, 10 грамм меда😲 у меня в тот момент просто дар речи пропал, это вообще не соответствует уровню 5* отеля 6. Ну и на финал, завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания, и это опять полное разочарование 😥 (скажу сразу что можно было взять номер без завтрака или с завтраком, выбрала с завтраком, посмотрела меню завтраков на сайте, но оказалось что меню которое на сайте это обычные платные завтраки, а вот те завтраки которые включены в стоимость это совсем другое) нам дают меню завтрака и там 2 варианта: в 1 - это 2 вида каш (гречневая и манная) на выбор, драники или паштет, сырники или блинчики, и чай или кофе, во 2- это яйца (омлет ,глазунья) топинг к яйцам (томаты,бекон,грибы) кекс с цукатами и так же чай или кофе, так вот взять сырники из 1 меню и ом
