This Candlewood Suites is a gem. We come back to this place everytime we come to Fort Worth. The staff are extremely professional, and courteous. The Manager is a wonderful lady, who treats her guests like family. Shes strict with her rules, but kind with her explanations about the rules. During this pandemic, she stands above all the hotel mgrs we've met. And abides by the rules to keep everyone safe. This hotel is clean. There is no smoking allowed inside. But there are areas outside for that. The rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds. Full kitchenettes. A free laundry area. A pantry for essentials. A lending pantry, with cooking supplies, games, etc. A dvd lending pantry. WiFi works great. Netflix users will have no problem with the WiFi. Everyone who works here are super friendly, if you have a problem with your room they will fix it asap. We enjoy our stays here, and will continue to return.

Great price and location! Shopping nearby and plenty of eating places to..close access to I20 and 820 too! Free breakfast and pool too

10 star hotel with amazing price and excellent service and staff

The first time I stayed in such an unexpected hotel, the room was oversized, the bed was oversized, there was a jacuzzi, a beautiful bath, and the exhaustion of the journey. It would be better if there were beautiful women.

I stayed for 5 days in Middle of July 2022. Why we liked this place: This is a very nice hotel. There are some facilities that need to be upgraded but you can see that they are underway. The Pool areas is indoors as this is nice for when it is way too humid outside and/or storming which happens often. The pool did have a heavy chlorine smell and the water was a bit cloudy, Obviously from people not showering their kids or themselves prior to and when we went the pool was packed with kids. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They met every need. The staff was so nice and helpful when we needed something. It didn't seem fake at all. They all need to be commended! All shifts! One woman, who was obviously off one evening, was bringing food to her co-worker, helped me with a small issue, she wasn't even on the clock! The Breakfast was not bad at all. Very good selection of grab and go. They do have Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to serve-yourself. Oatmeal and cereals and limited selection of breads and pastries but it’s all very adequate. They also have a do-it-yourself waffle station. We got the whirlpool room and the tub in in the room with a wall partition. Plenty of room for two people to bath together. WiFi was free and worked well. BIG PLUS-THE A/C in the room was AMAZING!!!! The Downside: It is a bit out of the way if you are into the metropolitan areas but super close to Carswell military base. Right on the freeway with access to just about anywhere. My only real complaint was the facilities needs a coat of paint and the whirlpool room had a bit of a locker room smell, which I think is from the tub being in the room itself and carpeting up against it. The staff did give us heavy duty room spray which helped. Also, you have to tell them if you would like your towels refreshed and beds made. But these are all not too big of problems. We were on the first floor and our view was of the apartment complex next to the property but it was not bad. There really are no views of the wide open spaces. NOTE: THEY ARE BEGINNING THEIR RENOVATIONS!!! So I am expecting big things in the future. I will most certainly stay there again!!!

I have stayed many times this place it has fallen off the rooms are getting run down fast due the amount of trash that stays in the area you can find drug addicts walking around the hotel I seen one on the second floor one time tripping on watch’s that obviously stole those watch bans where still there in my next trip which was months later I thought it was strange anyways they don’t change things here I have stayed many times and each time I stayed I had to move to two or three different rooms because they either didn’t change the sheets after the previous customer black hairs all over the sheets and top blankets looks like hey have nasty stains from god knows what on them plus the spiders which they won’t spray for the blame it on exterior doors they have poisonous spiders here in Texas they don’t care about you here. I have stayed many times and instead of changing the things you complain about they told me I am no longer allowed to stay I don’t care If I where you I’d stay anywhere else there are many properties that want you there and will bend over backwards to make you happy
