This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

The room was spacious, clean, with balcony that opens up to panoramic Bin El Ouidane Lake - breathtaking views of the shimmering waters and surrounding Atlas Mountains - just amazing! Hotel itself is a hidden oasis, the perfect getaway for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. The team is attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience: reception, breakfast, dinner, transfer to a pool with the nearest panoramic view to the lake. Special thanks goes to warm & welcoming high professional staff : Mohsine Fahli - Reception Supervisor Rachid Afroukh, Elmostafa Talha - super waiters! Karim Nassiri - Chef at the Restaurant Kitchen; great tasty dishes! Rachid - Room service, was great! High recommended experience !

What an absolutely magnificent stay! From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s elegance and attention to service created a truly memorable experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience!

While a lovely hotel with a stunning location, I wasn’t personally impressed as a 5 star hotel ( and I am not a 5 star hotel traveller) But still a beautiful stay! Huge rooms and bed and great bathroom (although mine had a sewer type smell in the shower) a decent stay in a stunning location! Breakfast was plentiful and dinner was amazing both nights!

From check in to check out, we had a horrible experience at this property. The girl at the reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We asked for bottled water from both the reception and breakfast staff 5 times before finally receiving some and paying for it. At the time of arrival we were planning to stay 2 nights and ended up leaving the morning after our first night. One of the sinks didn’t even work in the room, very dated and felt like the entire property isn’t clean or well-kept. Huge disappointment from a fake “5 star hotel”.
