After going to Cabo da Roca, we arrived at the hotel about 45 minutes later. The entrance was not obvious, but there was no problem following the navigation. Very close to the famous Azenhar do Mar beach and sea view restaurants. The staff at Valley House were very kind. Seeing that there were so many of us, they helped us move up the stairs. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

Sweet relaxing coastal village, just to the west of Sintra. Is a great place to stay after a day visit there. Small pool, bar, breakfast. And a stunning village set on cliffs with a pool at the bottom. Super comfy and clean, nice use of modern building materials and commitment to reduce, reuse, recycle. Highly recommend.

Quiet and super comfortable bed & room with a Scandi touch. Lovely abundant breakfast and great care for every detail, including dietary requirements. The honesty basket with wine and treats is very cute - they close reception at 10pm at the moment. Great for a proper solo/couple switch off and rest from travels & the big city! Loved the fact there’s no TV anywhere and the WIFi is fast. I’d chose it again for remote working in the winter sun with the ocean right there. The cliff walks are abundant, great value in the local restaurants (I’ve been to Água e Sal three days in a row!!) and of course fascinating Sintra nearby. If you’re looking for scenic drives by the ocean and exploring the region, yes it’s best to have a car, but for a proper switch off, it’s fine with bus and train also - the staff knows it all. Well worth it! 😊

An excellent place to stay in Azenhas do Mar. Everything is beautiful and new, the location is great, the staff are friendly and efficient, the room is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, with several vegan options. There is a pleasant living room with a fireplace and several books. And a beautiful pool that we will have to try on our next stay. It's very worth it.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön und mit dem Pool auch etwas besonderes. Allerdings gab es etwas was wirklich störend war. Das war der Geruch im Hotel. In unserem Zimmer roch es modrig - da muss unbedingt was an der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit getan werden. Ansonsten ist es sauber und die Betten sind bequem, das Personal ist auch freundlich. Das Frühstück ist auch zu empfehlen. Allerdings vermiest diese Feuchtigkeit einem den Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer gibt’s kein tv, keinen Kleiderschrank. Parken kann man kostenlos an der Straße.

Precisávamos de descanso perto de Lisboa e conheço a área que é linda com praia e montanha. O alojamento é recente e moderno, dormimos 2 noites com pequeno almoço incluído, achei que as almofadas são pouco rijas para o meu gosto pessoal e a roupa de cama deveria cheirar a limpo e não era o caso. Aparte disso tudo bem
