400 yuan a night! Although it is not expensive in the local area, it is a bit worse than the domestic one. The domestic 400 yuan is more luxurious than this! Orders are placed on the same journey and Trip , the same journey can be couponed, which is cheaper! I have to complain about Trip here, it is very bad! Poor service, poor problem solving! Ticket 9000, 7 hours later, need 5800, I want to refund the ticket and re-down, that is, do not let me refund, let the difference refund seven or eight, 3200 difference refund 2000, do not buy the ticket on Trip , slaughter people!

Not the perfect scenario but my flight landed into Mexico City at 1.20 am. I arrived at my original hotel that was having technical issues their PMS system was down so they could not check people in or out. They recommended this hotel for being safe and nice rooms. I arrived at the hotel and the doorman/bellman was perfect. But upon trying to check in the night auditor Juan would not allow me to check-in for a reservation I just made online 5 minutes before I approached the front desk so I could check-in. He advised to come back at 3pm. There was no solution provided to offer to check me in a day early. No offer of checking in early is an additional fee. No option of lets change your reservation the third party. He was kind of rude about it. I also had to ask for my passport back once he refused check-in. Service is obviously questionable in the overnight staff. Juan did not apologize or offer to call a taxi after he refused service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone that is paying for their room. And then did not offer a refund or any compensation.

First stop of our honeymoon was at Courtyard Vallejo. I told them before to make sure everything goes smoothly. They couldn't care ess. We arrived late in the evening and had to get up at 4am to catch our balloon ride over Teotihuacan. Sadly we found black hair in the bed (we are both blonde). Removed it. Found another one. Removed it. Found another one. Removed it. Found 15 more in the bed, found even more in the bathroom as well, stains on the linen and the pillows. I went to the reception demanding a quick room change, got denied but someone should come and change the bed linen. I went back to the room, after 30 min I called the reception. 10 min later a guy came and took photos, he didn't speak English so called the reception. I got asked if I wanted the bed linen to get changed. ***? Seriously? That's what I was waiting for for 45 minutes now. The guy left and came back after another 15 minutes with ”fresh” bed linen. Changed everything and left. We checked the bed, another ~10 black hairs in the ”fresh” bed linen and stains on one of the ”fresh” pillows. We cleaned it ourselves as the hotel didn't seem capable of doing so (and we didn't wanted to lose another 1-1,5h). That's not what we expected from the start of our honeymoon. The hotel failed to meet minimum standards, declined room change and the ”solution” didn't make it any better while stealing precious sleeping time. I don't want to clean hotel rooms at 11pm, I want to sleep when I have to get up at 4am. To be honest, I don't want to clean hotel rooms at all. As a titanium I haven't seen something like that in hundreds of stays and this is the first time I've ever asked for a compensation and an apology from the hotel. So far the responses haven't been appropriate at all. I added pictures (just my pics, my wife has more) from before and after the linen change and some from the bathroom. The room itself and the hotel were in okayish condition, it didn't feel new at all (as some wrote here) and definitely not inviting. We chose the hotel due to the location nearby the airport kind of enroute to Teotihuacan. Would never return by any means. If you like clean rooms and/or service in general don't come here.

The hotel is newly opened, the room is newer, but the surrounding is not convenient. At about 12 o'clock in the evening, there is nothing in the surrounding area. There is nothing to eat in the hotel. It can only be hungry. In fact, the hotel is located in a large mall. Above. In addition, you should pay attention to the hotel. There is a list for you to sign and confirm, and there is no reminder of what it is. When I arrived, it was 12 o'clock. I just wanted to hurry and open the room to sleep. The result is that we check out our colleagues. Smoking, you have to pay a fine of 250 dollars, and finally bargain to 50 dollars! In addition, the hotel's lobby is located on the PF floor, the same building has two Marriott hotels, everyone should pay attention! The local customers said that the surrounding area was chaotic, and we repeatedly told us not to go out for a walk. It is no wonder that when we booked, we saw a comment saying that it was robbed. Everyone should pay attention!

The price/performance ratio is absolutely high. If you bring breakfast and we don’t understand Spanish, it’s best to look at the breakfast ordered by other guests. If you order a breakfast you like, you will feel happy
