This is truly a hidden gem in a highly secluded little bay in the Nort-Western Aegean shores of Turkey which is owned by a former opera singer couple. Although this is a 44 year old establishment, it well kept and finally had passed through a major renovation a fee years ago. Rooms are extremely well-designed with modern amenities with full wifi coverage everywhere. Their kitchen is so well could very well deserve one michelin star, especially fish choices including the raw ones are truly stunning, the level of art of cooking very, very high level. The private beach and the “micro bay” (or “cove” you could even say) is just a paradise on earth. I highly recommend. Trust me, you won’t regret! As far as the month of visit concerned I highly recommend June or first week of September.

Ortunç is a nice place where you feel that you are getting what you pay for. Spotless clean, comfortable, tranquil & elegant. Beautiful sea; beach with trees, polite/attentive staff. The only down side was the weekends: when the hotel was full, it was difficult to get the same level of service as the staff were serving many more guests.

We did not stay at this hotel but we wanted to be their day guest to use their facilities by the beach. We entered the hotel territory through the beach, which is public space according to the Turkish law. We were treated very badly and aggressively although we explained them that we are looking for a beach access with services. They asked us to enter via the front desk and called the security. They could have just said “welcome, how may we help you?”, which was exactly what we heard at another nearby beach where we spent the rest of our day.

Odaların konforu ve temizliği, her detayın titizlikle düşünülmüş olduğunu gösteriyordu. Personelin samimi ve güler yüzlü yaklaşımı, konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Özellikle restoranınızda sunulan lezzetli yemekler ve kaliteli hizmet takdire şayandı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik ve tüm beklentilerimizin fazlasıyla karşılandığını söyleyebiliriz. Doğanın içinde sakin bir kaçamak yapmak isteyen herkese Ortunç Hotel’i gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz. En kısa zamanda yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle!

Otelde konaklamadım ancak kapıdaki güvenlik görevlisiyle muhatap olmak durumunda kaldık, cunda adasını gezmek ve hoşumuza giden bir yer olursa konaklamak amacıyla, aracımızla dolaşmaya çıktığımızda yolun kenarında durup manzarayı izlemek istedik otel kapısına yaklaşık 200 metre ilerisine boş ve otelin tapulu alanı olmyan bir yere arabamızı park ettik çocuğumuzla birlikte tam inerken otel kapısındaki güvenlik görevlisi yanımıza kadar gelip neden orda olduğumuzu ? ve yanımızda çocuğumuzun olduğunu zaten o otelin 12 yaş altı çocuklarla konaklamaya uygun olmadığını alanın milli park olmasına rağmen gezilecek biryeri olmadığını söyledi, ve aracımızı oraya koyamayacağımızı söyledi bizden başka yaklaşık 15 araç vardı, bunların hiçbirisini kendisine sormamıştık. Üstüne vazife olmadan önce hesap sordu sonrasında alandan bizi uzaklaştırmaya çalıştı.sanırım kendisini adanın güvenlik görevlisi sanıyor :)

duş kabin kapısı hariç her şey çok iyi, personel her konuda yardımcı, kahvaltı şahane, Birinci Ortunç Otel tabelası karanlıkta insanı yanıltıyor. Otelin kendi plajı var, deniz güzel ve girişi kum. Biz denize girmedik.
