I recently stayed at Assos Dive Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While the employees were very kind and worked hard, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. However, the hotel itself was decent. Firstly, I must commend the employees at Assos Dive Hotel for their exceptional service. They were extremely kind and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their hard work and dedication were evident throughout my visit. However, I cannot overlook the disappointment I felt regarding the food. Sadly, the quality did not meet my expectations. The flavors were lacking, and the overall taste was not enjoyable. It's worth mentioning that personal preferences for food can vary, so others may have a different experience. On the other hand, the hotel itself was okay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While there were no extraordinary amenities, everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. I must also mention the small market within the Assos Dive Hotel premises which was a letdown. The selection of items was quite limited, and the overall quality of goods available was disappointing. The market failed to meet the basic needs and expectations of a guest, which was unfortunate. Some items seemed old and not well-kept, which further detracted from the overall experience. This area of the hotel service definitely needs significant improvement. Additionally, another issue with the small market was that they had inconsistent pricing for the same item. This was quite frustrating as it created confusion among guests. It seemed as though there was no clear pricing policy or consistency in the way they priced their products. This lack of transparency and fairness in pricing further added to the disappointment of the small market experience. It is essential for the management to address this issue and ensure that there is a fair and consistent pricing structure in place to avoid such discrepancies in the future.
