Odd smells in both the room and bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. Only two towels and one for the floor, so none to dry hands for example. To wash our hands we had to climb into the shower to get soap.
The staff was nice and the breakfast decent.
Overall it was fine for 2 days but would not stay there longer.

When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery.
We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private pool in the early evenings. Thank you.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hadn't been fixed. There was no lift. There was dust on the pillow but the room was lovely and warm. There was a plastic sheet under the sheet and that was uncomfortable. Not a great stay. The breakfast was adequate and lots of hot coffee.

The reception was only open for a limited period. I wish we had realised and found somewhere else then . The place was dirty ,unwelcoming and not fit for purpose. The breakfast consisted of stale croissants and cold coffee , an absolute nigh**are . If the place was really cheap , really cheap, you might forgive, bot it wasn’t. Give this place a wide berth.

J’ai loué une nuit pour visiter La Rochelle, l’accueil était parfait et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul reproche est la cuvette des toilettes qui bougeait et la fixation du porte savon.

Accueil rien à redire , la personne est trés agréable et trés gentille. Décu de la chambre par rapport aux photos, bruit venant d'une armoire éléctrique dans le couloir, nuit trés agitée, et lorsque vous etes au rez de chaussée, la pluie qui tape dans la margelle et qui fait enormement de bruit. Petit déjeuner bon, piscine sympa .

Je déconseille cet hôtel, la moquette n'est pas aspirée. j'ai réservé pour 2 nuits et le lit n'est pas fait, les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changées. je comprends mieux pourquoi peu de monde ces 2 nuits

Pour le prix pratiqués on est loin du standing d un Kyriad !!! Pas de savon pour se lavé les mains un sèche serviette qui ne sert à rien car le bouton marche est arraché. Moquette arraché et pas très propre. Mais le ponpon sur la Garonne il y a une piscine mais il est interdit de prendre les serviettes de l'hôtel au risque de les délavés !!!! Il faudrait amener sa propre serviette pour la piscine. J ai fait beaucoup d'hôtels avec piscine et c est la première fois que je vois sa. C est clairement du vol ce prix pour ces prestations !

Personnel vraiment très agréable, à l'écoute, souriant, rien à dire. Au niveau des chambres, il faudrait changer la moquette qui est toute tachée, dans la chambre ainsi que le couloir, les plaintes décollé dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain, papier pain décoller, joint de la douche jaune. oublie de papier toilettes, coussin de couleurs tachés, manque de prise au niveau des lit et lit superposés. Climatisation nickel et silencieux. Superbe piscine, par contre dommage qu'elle soit ouverte que jusqu'à 19h, avec ces grosses chaleurs, ce baigner jusqu'à 22h serait vraiment un plus et quand on rentre de visite. Porte d'entrée cassé donc n'importe qui peut rentré et manque de portail ou vigil.
