Amazing value for money. Clean, beautiful decor, in a quiet part of Ayr. The wee garden is a joyful place to sit with a coffee contemplating the day. All the little touches you'd expect of a much more expensive place. Absolutely going to stay again. Only negative was not having booked a longer stay. Well done guys! A fabulous experience for myself and my partner.

We had a great experience of staying here for two nights in a twin room this week. The rooms are double with the option of a double bed or it can be separated into two small beds, we chose the latter as I am a restless sleeper. A lovely little room with two small armchairs, good hanging space, tea and coffee and a mini fridge with fresh milk and chilled water provided. A good sized flat screen tv is available. There are numerous power points beside the beds for charging etc and touch lamps for reading too. There are also dressing gowns and slippers, spotless and fresh. The heating is excellent - we stayed on chilly nights and were not at all cold The decor is beautiful having been recently renovated to a high standard, and the whole place spotless. The property is an Edwardian house, the downstairs having been divided into bookable bedrooms - there is also a communal kitchen should you wish to make your own food, and an outdoor eating area at the rear. Check in is with a door code and your welcome envelope is left in the hall with key and parking permit for your street parking spot. If you visit on a motorbike, the owners confirmed you can pull right below the window at the front of the house for security. Its a lovely quiet residential area, yet only a 5 to 10 mins walk to numerous restaurants and bars and the beach. Absolutely perfect! The owner Sean was available by text or phone and when we had a query he replied and resolved it within minutes. The bathroom has a huge shower with plenty of hot water. We really loved this beautiful little house and will not hesitate to return. Just excellent!

We stayed for three nights and had a fantastic stay. The house is in a lovely street with some beautiful houses, the street is quiet and less than 10 minutes walk from Ayr train station. Our room (room 3) was large, bright with a large bathroom, mini fridge with fresh milk and water, kettle Azera coffee and tea. There is a large kitchen for everyone’s use with another fridge and fully fitted, it was very clean with nice views to the garden. The whole house and rooms are extremely clean. Any staff we met were very nice and chatty, the location was great and having stayed here now I would not stay anywhere else in Ayr.
