Very nice room and run by pleasant hosts. Very clean room and grounds close to the centre of Ayr. Easily walkable to the railway station and the bus station is also close.

Fantastic property.
Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips.

Spotlessly clean modern room in a lovely quiet courtyard. Plenty of parking or a short walk from the train station and town centre where there’s a good choice of restaurants. John, the owner, gave me a warm welcome and is a very friendly guy. If he could make one small improvement I’d love to see USB A&C chargers each side of the bed as I like to have my phone on charge, but that’s just me! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

This is a first class place to stay.We got a warm welcome from John the owner.The room is very clean and the bed is very comfy,The toilet has a great shower with plenty of pressure. It place is so central to travel from with plenty of eating places round about.

Excellent room. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Ample parking but also a convenient 5 minute walk from the train station.

Great find in Ayr. Lovely accomodation with very pleasant hosts. Great value for money. Lovely and quiet at night and short walk from all facilities. Could not fault it and would stay again. Only suggestion is , if you like a herbal tea pop some in your bag when packing and if staying longer than 1 night a mini fridge would be great.
