Navarria Blue Hotel

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty smelling of cat. Food terrible, in the middle of know where young assistant manager very rude to us. Peed stains on my bed, bugs all over the dining room. Never again. Very dissatisfied , il never ever recommend this place in a million years. Below is the proof, my Christmas dinners , the worst I’ve ever had in 57 years . I wished McDonald’s was open Christmas day

When we arrived we were made very welcome. We were there for Christmas, the room was very basic, no drawers, no tea making facilities, but you can borrow a kettle from reception. No hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, we went b&b, so to have evening meal was 15Euros, this included a drink from the bar. Christmas Eve was supposed to be special food, it was 25Euros. Absolutely disgusting food, so called turkey, and gammon, the veg is frozen. We couldn’t go out for a meal as we were a long way from any facilities. No entertainment at all, day or night. Bars closed at 11 o’clock, which is terrible. We never have complained in all our years of going on holiday, but we did this time, assistant manager came to see us, but she was already up for an argument, she didn’t get one. No people skills at all, she offered a free meal for us, we said we would rather have a bag of crisps. I wanted to come home early, but stuck it out. I definitely do NOT recommend this place . The staff on the other hand are lovely. There’s nothing for children at all. No pool table, no hairdressers. The toilet from the bar is below ground, no good if your disabled. The nearest place is about 15 minutes on the bus. The best meal we had was the Gerrard bar, beautiful meal next to supermarket. Never ever go there again, waste of our pension.

Really had a fantastic stay here. We went all inclusive and would definitely recommend. The hotel itself is very clean and mentained to a high standard. The outside areas are well looked after and the pool is imacculate. Rooms are of a good standard and cleaned every day and have comfy bed's. The location is also very convenient with a local cheep shop just outside the hotel and bars and the beach close. The bus takes 10 mins to the centre of Limassol with the stop 30 seconds walk and is €2 The staff are very friendly and can't help you enough, big shout to the manager and deputy manager who made sure we was looked after and I noticed they kept an eye on everything. Also BIG thanks to Alisha for being such a good host in the bar and restaurant. Always smiling and chatty , again looked after us and is an asset to the hotel! We went all inclusive and would really recommend it, the food was absolutely amazing different dishes each day and made with good quality ingredients, the meat was delicious and all cooked perfectly. The food was definitely one of the best bits of our stay, we really can't fault anything at all regarding the food. To conclude, nice clean hotel, in a good lication, friendly staff and great food and well worth the price. We have just booked again for next June! Alan.

It is nice, friendly place :) I spent here two weeks. The hotel is located close to the sea. The staff is helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfasts and dinners are tasty but cheesecake is number one in the world :) I recommend this place for everyone :)

We stayed here for one night. It was the grubbiest, dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Blood stains and signs of bed bugs on the mattress. Bathroom dirty and towels grey and old. Soap dispenser was empty. Balcony door had no lock at all. Couldn’t eat the food…no food hygiene standards…appalling!
